Mickeysgirlz "Misson Accomplished" TR
 May 9-11, 2008 CAST: Me DD8 DD4 X-DH (we're still friends!) We met up with: MY DF Her DD8, DD3 and DH MISSIONS: 1. To ride TOY STORY MANIA 2. Take as many pictures as I can of the food at Hollywood & Vine for fellow MBs 3. Hope DD4 is FINALLY tall enough to ride Soarin'!

Hello all, Hope you don't mind another quick TR from me? I have fun pics to share of Toy Story Mania AND Hollywood & Vine . . . my DF thought I was NUTS snapping pics of the buffet! All for you fellow MBs!!  We left FRIDAY, and checked in Sports pretty late . . . we got a FANTASTIC room 3111 . . . it was in the HOOPS section, corner unit, faced the woods, but it was a TWO SECOND walk to the main pool and Stadium Hall! I would VERY MUCH RECOMMEND IT!!!

I know there are a lot of negatives posted about the value resorts, but I have to say I them!! I think they are a FANTASTIC value (I paid $89/night FRR) and the rooms have all been newly painted and refurbished. The values are also SUPER kid friendly . . . fun pools (no slides, but plenty of water toys to borrow) and there is alway some kind of entertainment. Like outdoor movies . . . or this weekend there was a belly flop contest . . . it was soooooo funny!! ALSO, if you have a car, it's like a straight run to the parks . . . quick and easy. I'm lucky I don't deal with overcrowded buses . . . ANYWAY . . . with that said here are some pictures:  (The hoops section, how cool is this!)  (I'm sure MANY A CHEERLEADER posed in front of this ) DD4 and DD8 showing you the room - they were pretending to "SLAM DUNK" like Goofy in the picture behind them!!

I love your TR and pics. Keep it coming. Oh by the way.... I LOVE VALUE RESORTS!!! They rock! I love the Disney kid theme and also the straight run to parks. This will be my first time staying at a mod in some time.
