Hi Ms. Sacleux!
I spoke with you on the phone about 2 weeks ago regarding a personalized menu to surprise my husband and son.

It has taken me some time to forward you the pictures I would like to inculde because I can not think of what I want to SAY on the menu.

You see, this trip is a gift given to me by my husband to celebrate my graduation from culinary school. It is also my sons first trip.

I want to thank both my husband and my son for all of the sacrafices they made in order for me to make my own dream come true.

I have attached the pictures for the menu. If I MUST give you a quote I would like to tell Rob and Tyler...

"Thank you for making all of my dreams come true."

BUT if you feel you have something better, that would be appropriate please feel free to use your professional opinion!

I refuse to pack another thing till a week out. I just don't have the room to have suitcases all over. PLUS I gotta start packing Rob for his drinking trip!

Also, I was thinking after we spoke and I will be at EPCOT when you get to CSR so it will be real easy to meet you out front. I will have my cell phone on and loud.

I don't want to be too greedy so Honestly, after reading Wishy's TR, I don't care if the storms are there I just care if my flight leaves.

I'm not sure if I'd rather rain or 90 some degree temps. I don't mind being a wet, being able to swim in the streets is another thing. On the other hand, I don't do well while melting. Hope that clears everything up.
