Sorry guys I have had a couple of VERY hectic weeks!!! But I am getting pictures so I will continue this TR!!!

Day 5 ~~ June 3rd ~~ IOA
Let me just say I express pass!!! It made it soo easy to get ALOT in, in one day!!

So we got started with breakfast at a little cafe in City Walk!!! We were over run with birds the whole breakfast so we ate fast!!!

Then we headed to IOA and started with Seuss Landing!! We went on everything (most things more than once in about a 1/2 hour!!!

We then moved land to land with basically little to NO wait on anything!!
Our DS did dueling dragons for the first time and LOVED it! We rode that 4 times I could not believe he was not scared and loved it so much!!!

At lunch time we had our first experience with the meal plan! It was ok, but a lot of waste!! You can go back for as much as you want BUT you cannot just go back up and get fries, you have to take the whole meal even if you only want more of just a side dish! I thought that was stupid!! AND they were SOOOOOOOOO slow at EVERY location that you could use the meal plan!!!

We headed for the WET rides after lunch!!! I forgot how wet you get!
But it cooled us down! We also rode HULK 5 times! My DS loved it too!!!

We wanted to go back to Seuss Landing to ride the trolley ride so we could get a good picture of the Hulk coaster so we headed over that way after dinner. And this is where it went really bad!! We really had issues all day with how rude everyone was! BUT this took the cake!!

We were getting on the Trolley ride and my DH had his camera in his hand, he was sitting with our DD(14) our other DD(8) and DS(11) were in front of them and I was in front of them so I did not hear the whole commotion! As my DH got into the car the attendant saw his camera(remember we rode this earlier and took a bunch of pictures), the attendant then said to my DH "Hey you cannot take pictures on this ride, this is a kiddie ride YOU SICKO!" My DH, thinking he was kidding, kinda laughed! Again we are with OUR kids, and he repeats I am not joking you SICKO!!!
So my DH put his camera away and we rode the ride, at the end when he told me I was steammmming mad!!!! I wanted to go back an confront him but DH would not let me!!! We decided to go to guest services on the way out instead!!!
My DH was very offended and embarrassed because other guests heard the whole thing!!

SO on the way out we went to Guest services and I started with the whole story, they immediately got a manager and I continued with not only that portion of the day but let them know we had many problems with rudeness all day!! I pointed out how different the treatment was here as compared to Disney, I explained how we had not been back in several years to Universal even tho we come to Orlando every year!! And that we could not wait to get to Disney because we are treated soo unbelieveably amazing there and here are treated like CRAP!!
Of course they were very apologetic!! But my DH was humiliated! They gave us tickets that never expire but I do not know if we will go back even tho we did love the rides!! We still had another day at universal which we decided to do because it was already paid for but it was hard for DH.

So Yes the express pass was great the rides were great and the theming was very cool but the staff was awful!!! We could not wait for Disney!!!

Oh my goodness. Glad you are back to writing the TR, but sheesh!! That sounds incredibly rude. I can not believe he called your dh a sicko. What is wrong with people??

WOW,you see thats why we only go to Disney. Universal is not a temptation for me at all. I am so sorry you all had to go such humiliation on your trip. Well, everything is a well learned lesson. NOT to go back there.

Day 6~~ June 4th ~~ Universal Studios and BLUE MAN GROUP

Today is CODY my DS birthday!!!

So he wore a sticker while we were here but only about two people noticed!!

We got on the boat and headed back to Universal today!! Ate breakfast at Starbucks at City Walk! Then headed over to US!! It was already VERY HOT!! So we hit Jimmy Neutron and Shrek right away to get out of the heat!!
Then we worked our way back hitting everything as we went! As I said before the express pass made it more enjoyable since yesterday ended so badly!!!
At one of the rides that you make a mini movie scene, I believe it was earthquake, both my son and daughter got chosen to be in it!! That was fun!

DS rode Mummy under dirress(sp?) But he loved that too!! Then we rode MIB We rode it 9 yes 9 times and our car won everytime!! I love that ride!!

We also rode Simpsons! It was good but I like back to the future better!! We rode Simpsons two or three times, had the longest wait there but still not bad!!

By now it was early afternoon and we headed back to the hotel to cool off and clean up for the Blue Man GroupThis was a surprise for our DS! WE had front row tickets!!!
We headed back to the park and ate dinner there then headed to the show we told Cody as we walked up he was very excited!!

WHAT CAN I SAY about the BLUE MAN GROUP!!! VERY hard to describe but AWESOME!!!
We had a blast!!!
