Ah, cool beans... must've skipped over that (my little sis is 14). No worries, though. I'm 16 and I meet (and hug) Mickey every time I go to WDW.

Day 6 = Prime
Ok so today was another, boaring and non-Disney day, which I will not go into depth about, other than we visited Prime Outlets which wasn't as good as Premium I guess, My feet were sore

The afternoon was pool time, yehaa!
5 minutes in the pool and the secuirty/lifeguard informed us there was a thunder storm heading our way and that we were to evacuate the pool area. 5 minutes, seriously! So we went inside and watched some TV and eventualy later in the evening went to TGI Fridays, the waitors/waitress were like cheerleaders Honestly they were bouncing around all over the place! We had our moody/dead Adventureland faces on again due to lack of sleep, so they tried to cheer us up, by tried I mean they didn't succed.

End of Day 6

Day 7 - Animal Kingdom

We arrived just shortly after the opening and went on Kilamanjaro Safaris, which I remember as being rather scary as a child But it was realy fun with the bridge and the camp at the end. We wandered around until a lady showed us those fantastic, huge, blow-up balls. After playing around with them she told us the prices, $60 for a ball I gave this purchase a pass. We ran to everest where we stood in line, DD looked at the fastpass 'RETURN' time and said, why are we waiting 40mins when we could run over, get a fastpass and get on straight away. After trying to explain that the sign he read was the return time not the distributation sign. He didn't understand and put his ticket in the machine "Why, this ticket says 6:30, that can't be right" he said, after the silliness we rode everest for our first time which was fantastic! I realy enjoyed it!

We got out to find DS frazzeled in the sun She was badly sun-burned and was realy sore. We got something to eat then to find it was raining, wait! it wasn't raining, It was storm, comming down bad! EVERYONE in the park ran to the shops and had a huge rally for stuff, honetly. It was as if the stuff would be gone in 5 minutes! Yet I baught stuff too We decided to run to 'It's tough to be a bug' where we waited about 20 minutes, it was the scariest thing ever! I'm petrified of wasps, and bees and when I got stung in the back I was going crazy! Then the bugs at the end just topped it off!

After finding the rain wasn't going off and it was about 5 we left the park and had a good nights sleep for, IOA tommorow

Love your TR . . . you are a great story teller!

Sorry about the rain, but like Wish said "That's FL weather for you!" well in the summer months anyway!

Next time you should stay on-site . . . you can take advantage of EMH which is a great way to get a lot done fast with lower crowds!

Keep it coming . . . BTW your pictures are GREAT!

You'll have MANY years of your life being able to plan a trip on your own! For now, maybe you can convince your family to stay on-site next trip by doing some reasearch and presenting it to them. Maybe the Extra Magic Hours & other resort benefits will sway them, sometimes Disney's value resorts can be just as economical (if not MORE so considering the benefits) of an off-site hotel like you stayed in.

Are they talking about coming back in upcoming years?

That is so true. I price the room at any hotel in Orlando for one night only and the Value resorts won.

I can't believe you didn't like Laugh Floor! It's so cute. Text in a joke... they'll really use it.

Just curious... how old are you?

I've waited as long as an HOUR for POTC before! When Johnny Depp was first put in there the lines were INSANE! And we go in the OFF season too!

Wow. I've never waited more than 20 minutes.... and we go during Peak Season! Maybe peak season crowds spend more time at the 3 mountains?

Hmm, I don't know. It was only that year though. Normally we wait about 20minutes. But that time was sooo long. We were all about to leave. Because I went with Amanda O'Malley's family, and her pop-pop's in a wheel chair because he's got something wrong where he cant stand for long, and they put him in a regular line! And he couldn't stand much longer. But luckily we stayed!

I think it was just really because Johnny Depp had just been added.

I remember right when they first put Johnny in . . . OMG the lines were so long, I thought forget it I'll wait! Now that the hype has died a bit . . . the lines are back to normal!

Altho, back in July (last year) we didn't ride until an MK EMH, because the line were crazy long!

HEY SCOTTISH.MICKEYS . . . .WHERE DID YOU GO??

Re: Scottish.Mickeys "Wishing I was onsite" TR

I'm here!
I'm here, just very busy at the moment rehearsing for a musical production of the Lion King, I've been cast as Pumbaa and with the intense rehearsals it's busy to keep updating the TR, I will continue it just not at the moment but I'll update just now with a non Disney Day.

Day 8 - Islands of Adventure

Today we visited the very hyped park 'Islands of Adventure'. Before we got to IOA DD wanted to run to the Simpsons Ride, now I mean run! I had a stitch
The Simpsons Ride was walk-on And after that we went next door to IOA where we got something to eat and then waited for "Spider Man" we heard such great things about it and decidded it would be ok to wait 40mins.

Ok it had been 45 minutes and we were still waiting It had been an hour and 10 mins when the announced the ride was experiencing technical difficulties It had now been 1hr and 35 mins and we were all getting anoyed and frustrated which lead to us leaving via emergency exit along with half the que

Already with not being on one ride we were angry and fed up we agreed this wasn't our thing, DS looked at me and suddenly came out with = I prefer Walt Disney I was releived, she has learned! Sure she might be confused with the name but I understood.

We left without doing anything and said "Goodbye" to Universal Studios Florida, I know I will NEVER be there again.

Day 9 - Hollywood Studios, coming very soon! Oh and whats that/ A dream?

Stay Tuned
