I love the pix, awesome! My kids were peeking over my shoulder telling me that we should go at Christmastime soon. They have no idea we leave next Wednesday. They are going to be so excited. My poor hubby, they're going to nag him.

Last night we had a nice dinner at the California Grill. We're looking forward to the lounge on the top of BLT.

Tonight was dinner at Kona Cafe, followed by Cirque du Soleil La Nouba. It was a fantastic show! Highly recommended!

We got back from Victoria and Albert at the Grand Floridian. It was a nice 3-hour long fine dining experience.

I had:
- Dungeness Crab Cannelloni with Baby Greens, Radishes and Caviar
- Minnesota Elk Tenderloin over Stewed French Lentils with Baby Brussels Sprouts
- Carmelized Nantucket Scallops with Zellwood Corn Ragout
- Australian “Kobe” Beef Tenderloin with Smoke Garlic Potato Puree ($35 extra)
- White Chocolate Gelato with Tableside Shavings and Micro Orchids
- Tanzanian Chocolate Pyramid, Hawaiian Kona Chocolate Souffle and Peruvian Chocolate Ice Cream and Puff Pastry

My DW did the $60 wine pairing and really enjoyed it; however, it was a bit too much alcohol for her and she left a bit tipsy. They prepared special dishes for my DW due to all her food allergies.

My DW loved the whole experience so much she wants to go back again and again. Since I didn’t get the wine pairing the total bill was “only” $370. I think I’d rather reserve it for special occasions.

Got to meet fellow-MB and DVC owner "rlcarmichael" and family this morning. Always nice to put a face to a name on the board! Richard and family were on their way to DAK, while I was on my way to the MK.

Spent the morning at the Magic Kingdom. A bit cloudy but otherwise great weather.

Stopped by the DVC models at SSR. Just had to look again at the Bay Lake Tower models. We're very excited about staying there.
