brebre, as I was reading this TR and your TR from October, it occurred to me that you and your family seem like you'd really enjoy mixing a Disney cruise into your plans at some point! You can surround yourselves with the magic and comfort, but without the nonsense of bad keys, rude parade people and so forth.

I am interested to see if it's something that has appeal for you? I have to say, it is sounding better and better to me every time I go to the parks!

I am the only one in my family that has not taken a cruise. My eldest daughter, Gem, did the parks & the Disney cruise. One day I hope to do a short cruise but I don't see it in my foreseeable future.

As for the resorts, I do believe I enjoy Fort Wilderness campground to the resort motels. It just seems more relaxing to me. Perhaps, had we taken our camper, we would have enjoyed it much better this time.

Oh my gosh, that's horrible. How come nobody said anything? See, if that happened to us there is NOOOOO way I'd let those people do that & cause an elderly couple who weren't able to stand up on the bench get bullied & be left unable to see the parade.

I TOTALLY would have kindly said to those people, "umm, remember when you asked if we'd mind if your party sat in front of us? Yeah, well ummmm, what happened to the SITTING? YOU'RE BLOCKING EVERYONE'S VIEW BEHIND YOU!"

sometimes I think the stress of the whole season makes you unable to relax even when you should be able to!! I have to admit that I was getting a little worried about that headache, Glad your last day was great1

I thought the tip about standing down a tthe fron t desk was a great suggestion and I wil definitley be doing it in the future.
As for the people standing in front of you, we experienced the same thing a year ago. I was not in the best of moods to begin with so when the couple asked if they could sit in front of us I said as long as you sit it is okay but if you stand it is not. My wife gave me a dirty look..... but when the parade got going they stood up and then my wife reminded them about sitting down. Funny they sat down quickly and I smirked towards my wife.

I am sorry that you had issues. It is funny how some people can be so rude.
