Day 8:

We began the day at the Ohana Character Breakfast where we got to see Lelo and Stitch, and Mickey and Pluto. The meal was terrific. The character breakfasts are such a good place for character time, they all seemed to be smitten with Justin. All three of the kids were so excited, and they loved the maraca parade! After breakfast we hit Epcot. We had reservations for dinner at Le Cellier, so we figured we would get the girls to do all of their character meet and greets. This trip they also found an interest in the pressed coins so this was a great day to do some of this stuff! We saw Sleeping Beauty in France the first day in Epcot and Snow White and Dopey in Germany, so this time we got to meet up with Jasmine and Alladin as well as Belle and Beast. We weren’t worried because on Monday night we were to have dinner with the Princesses in Norway. We did all of the Kidcot stops and Kailey and I got to do Soarin’. Uncle Bryan convinced her she would love this ride, and he was right. Neurotic mommy would have rathered she wait another trip, but she was determined! Next time I will have faith! She loved it!

We had dinner reservation for 5:55 and to be honest, when I booked them they said that that they only had a table for 4 but the CM who made them said to just say it was a mistake. There would be no problem. Well they were wrong, the CM at the door said that they would have to cancel my ADR and I would be seated but at a later time than originally promised. It was ridiculous. All they had to do was put a high chair at the table. Anyways, we were sat about 45 minutes later than we had ADR’s for but as always, the food was delicious. My steak melted in my mouth! Justin devoured the cheese soup! The pretzel bread was to die for! During one of our countless trips to the bathroom with the girls while we ate a woman came in and said it was pouring out. I left the restroom, dropped the kids with Chris and hurried outdoors to cover the stroller! I made it in time, I popped the rainguard on it (that Maclaren rainguard for the double stroller is a GODSEND!) And it kept all our stuff dry!

We decided to head home after dinner; it had been a long day and night before. Tomorrow was another day!

What beautiful princesses you have! Sorry for all of the sickness you endured with Kailey and Emily. Glad to hear things got better as the trip went on.

So glad you decided to do a TR. I'm still debating. Sorry we missed you. I remembered on the plane that your number was in my other wallet. I changed wallets for the vaca the night before. Your family is beautiful. Sorry to hear about the sickness. We had sickness too!

Thank you so very much! I kept thinking... if my kids are getting sick and we are staying in this room, we are probably just passing it on to those who stay after us. I am sure taht is how we got it! Yuk! Oh well!

You can say that again, I LOVE 'the Springs' section. So close & convenient to everything. I personally think the resort still lacks 'the Wow factor' that I appreciate so much in resort like AKL & WL but everything else makes up for it.
