Thanks! I'm using a combination of mine and my sisters photos (A Goofy Family). After the first day our DMom (Trailblazer) decided she didn't want to carry her camera and she would just point and tell us what she wanted photos of, lol!

Aww, sounds like you had a wonderful trip. Your combined photos are beautiful! I just love the way Disney decorates for the holidays, its just not like anywhere else!

We both use Canon's, but I'll have to get the model of mine and post it later. I think it's something like a Powershot 710A, but I'll check it out and let you know. I've had mine over a year, BDavis bought hers for our summer trip so she has some really cool new features to hers. They both have good features to the cameras so you'd be happy with either I'm sure. My DMiL just bought one like my DSis'...she really likes hers too, in fact their granddaughter (that they've raised) said she liked it so much when she used it at WDW that she was going to take it back to college with her! I really don't think DMil will let that happen tho.

Sorry for the delay (what a week getting back to reality ) ....back to the report!

Monday 12/22/2008—
We were up and off to the MK around 10:00am. We got there just in time to see the Christmas parade. We watched it from the steps of Town Hall. After that we took the train to Toontown because we heard we might be able to meet Scrooge at Donalds Tree Lot. Well, timing couldn’t have been better! We strolled through Toontown and then across from the Adventures of Winnie the Pooh we found Donald, but the CM there said Scrooge would be out in 10 minutes! We jumped in line that was currently for Donald and up walks Scrooge and Donald tells everyone goodbye for now! We didn’t even have to wait 5 minutes! We all had our chance to take pictures and get autographs and then we split up and went to lunch. Trailblazer REALLY wanted the yummy pulled pork sandwich from Cosmic Rays, so A Goofy Family and her went over there. The rest of us headed to Adventureland to eat at El Pirata y el Perico. It was our first time to try it and it was wonderful. I really enjoyed the taco salad (even though they didn’t serve sour cream ) Afterwards we went through the Swiss Family Treehouse (it actually had A LINE!) Some of the gang got a Dole Whip and then we watched the country bears. When we came out the afternoon parade was going on so we watched it again, then some of the gang went to the Tiki Room and the jungle cruise while DD and I got her hair wrapped and then she and I rode Aladdin’s Magic Carpets. Afterwards we met up, did some shopping and then ran to our locker to get our coats! It was getting COLD as the sun was starting to go down. We then watched the Fairy Godmother light up the castle, rode the people mover and then Carousel of Progress. We had a late dinner ressie at O’hanas, but before that we went and looked at the Contemporary’s decorations. Afterwards we went to the Poly and met up with Trey and Shelby’s friend from school and her family that came in for the holiday. O’hana was wonderful! After dinner 3 from the gang went back to the hotel and the rest of us RAN (and I mean RAN!!!) to ride space mountain before the park closed. We got to SM at 11:50 (park closed at midnight). As we ran down main street it was cold and “snowing” and the castle was gorgeous, we were all laughing/giggling racing to make it in time and it was just one of those moments that you just want to bottle up and keep in your heart forever . Space mountain was excellent! We strolled down main street and shopped a bit and then took the bus back to the hotel.

Oh how neat, to have more than one gingerbread house. I just love how creative they are!
