Thanks!! I haven't seen the lights since I was like 10. It was SO much more awesome now that I'm older and can actually realize that the lights are dancing to music, and not just flashing at random.

Day 3 - Thursday, Dec. 18

We got to Hollywood Studios a few minutes after opening, and we found a HUGE line already at the fastpass machines for Toy Story Mania!!

It was craziness. And I swear every person in line had at least 8 tickets in their hand... and had never used a fastpass machine before... so it was a slooooow process.

We got fastpasses for a couple hours later, so we wandered back towards the park entrance and had some breakfast at Starring Rolls. Jose and Panchito love Tower of Terror, so they wanted to get a ride in before our TSM time came up. They asked me to walk through the line with them so I could see the awesome theming of it. I hate roller coasters so much... I don't even like waiting in line with people for them because I always picture myself getting ushered accidentally onto the ride and strapped in before I can protest....... But I agreed to go through the line, hesitantly...

And I'm so glad I did! It is AWESOME in there!!! I wish I liked dropping rides... I bet the ride itself is like three times the awesome.

Finally.... it was Toy Story Mania time!!!!!!

I love this ride so much, I have no words... it's SO MUCH FUN!!!!

He won the battle for highest score, but I won for best accuracy!
And we both got beavers.

After one short ride on TSM (I could have used at least 4 more...), we headed off to Downtown Disney. Unfortunately we were so focused on secretly getting Christmas presents for each other that none of us took any pictures.

But we had a great time... and we all loved our presents once we opened them on Christmas!

End of the trip! When's the next one????

Holy smokes... Goofy's Candy Makers ALL forgot their pants!

They're all out there in just an apron and tights! GULP!

I thought the same thing!!! But no one else I was with said anything... so I thought maybe I was just interpretting their costumes the wrong way?

Oh wow, thanks for posting the pictures of TOT, I have never even gone through the queue, let alone ride. Now at least I know kind of what I am missing!

I just love TSM, it is definitely one of those rides I would do over and over and over again! How responsible of you to not don your 3-D glasses until the appropriate moment.
