You'll find out in my next 'chapter' that you are definitely okay with that request! Won't get to it until tonight, though.

Re: The "I need a TR!" trip report

Today's work stress level on a scale of 1-10 is hovering around 432. WDW was my escape two weeks ago. Unfortunately the work didn't go away while I was gone. Asked DH if we can go back, like, now. I got "the look" (and it's not a good one). So I'm going to proceed with my TR hoping it takes me momentarily away from reality . . .

Day 2 (That's all the farther I got??)

We woke up to our phone flashing. When I retrieved the message, we were told we'd have a new room around 11:00 and to leave the bags because they'd pick 'em up and deliver them to the new room. Cool. So we get our refillable mugs ('cuz I planned on consuming LOTS of blue frozen Coke), had our coffee (too early for the blue frozen Coke), and decided as a team to head to DHS.

Re: The "I need a TR!" trip report

First things first . . . FP for TSM!! Hiked down, grabbed the FPs and hiked back the other way to check out RRC and/or ToT. Just our luck, RRC was already about 45 minutes. We expected long lines so . . . if ya can't fight 'em, join 'em! I don't think it actually was 45 minutes but didn't have a watch on so didn't really care. Took this while standing in line for RRC.

Couldn't decide which one I liked better so here's the other one, too.

Re: The "I need a TR!" trip report

I LOVE RRC!!!!!!!! Now if I could only keep my eyes open after you go through that first door. Our picture always looks so stupid because my eyes are closed every freakin' time. Once we hit the first loop I'm all about it. But my eyes are squeezed tight during that 0-to-60-in-3-seconds thing. DS just laughs at me.
We debate the 30 minute line for ToT and decide we want to do that one at night.
We were hungry. I almost forgot the huge blueberry muffin, croissant, and beverages we stopped to get at, um, wait, it's coming to me, argh. Must be a brain burp. Oh yeah, Starring Rolls Cafe! The muffin was awesome!!
Okay, time to take in . . .

The disadvantage to fastpass is you miss the queue. But I did manage to get these two pics on the way out.

Re: The "I need a TR!" trip report

We decided to head back to Pop to see if we had a new room.
Went to the counter and was told that the room wouldn't be available until 3:00. 3:00?? Ugh. It was really windy on this day, and not as warm as we would have hoped. By Wisconsin standards, it was pretty nice. By Florida standards, we kept hearing how cold it was. Our luggage was in the luggage hold area so we grabbed DS's suit and headed for the main pool. Did I happen to mention how windy it was? The umbrellas are bolted to the ground and I thought they were still going to blow loose!!! DS didn't last real long in the pool so at 1:30 I went back in and, yee hah, our room was ready. On our way to building 2 we were greeted by this sweet Lady . . .

Re: The "I need a TR!" trip report

Yep, we were headed to the 50's!! Building 2, first floor, lookin' at the pool. DS was thrilled!!! I was a little concerned about noise level but my concerns were for naught. We didn't have any issues at all!
We got settled into our room and headed back to DHS.

But I will post a few of the pictures I took at Indiana Jones. I got a new camera so I was having fun playing with it.
