So that's our vacation in a nutshell. We definitely will do another road trip/beach vacation, it was awesome!

I am open to staying at POP in the future, it exceeded my expectations tremendously. I love the fact that it has it's own bus stop. The gift shop was great and the food court too. I had doubts that I would like it, I very much dislike the AS resorts. My doubts faded as soon as I walked into the lobby, what a gorgeous Value resort.

Anyway, thanks for reading, I hope you enjoyed it.

Siesta Key Beach sounds wonderful! We want to hit the beach with our kids in a couple years- I'll have to keep this in mind-gotta love that sand!!

The best part was that it never got hot even with HOT sun beating down on it. Usually my kids are complaining that the sand burns there feet...not here. It was perfect.

Thank You. I try my best when taking photos, I think I may take a class before our next trip. I never seem to get a clear shot of the fireworks or Spectromagic.

What a great trip!! I love your sunset pictures! Siesta Key was featured on the Travel Channel as one of the top 10 beaches in the US because of it's sand... something to do with quartz or something is in the sand and it makes it so it doesn't get hot...

What an AWESOME Beach Trip, with an amazing ending! Your kids are adorable. Looks like you all had so much fun! And I am so glad you enjoyed POP...I, too, dislike the other Value Resorts (stayed at ASSp, ASMu) and L

VE POP! The food court is unbeatable, imho.
