Ok here are some pics of our room. We had a 1 bedroom preferred (pool/garden) view.















LOVED the tub!! DH used it more than me though!!! And the washer and dryer saved us from having to do it when we got home! And was great since we had the baby and his clothes get dirty fast!!

Awesome report so far...and I agree, I love any and all pics!!!!! The 1 BR looks great. We have only stayed in Studios so far (rented points). Sorry you didn't hear WELCOME HOME when you first arrived. No biggie. You KNEW you were home!

Your TR is making me really excited for my own FIRST TRIP HOME in February! (our first BLT stay using our points!)

I can't wait to hear more!

LOVED the red head little one. The kids expressions is what REALLY makes it all worth while for me. I can't wait for grandkids at WDW. We started when our oldest was 5 and the youngest was 18 months.

As a good grandma, I have to tell a story about my DGD. Me , my DD and DGD went to disney by ourselves 18 months ago. DGD was about 2 3/4 yrs (avatar). One day she tells my DD, "Cinderella is my favorite, but Grandma is my friend"


Now back to the TR. Our first DVC trip, we had a 2 bd at BCV. First 20 min, I just ran between all the rooms taking pictures. 2 hrs before we were living at POP.....big difference. So post all the room pictures you want.

Thanks for reading it!! It was exciting!! And I think part of being so relaxed is that we know there will always be a "next time" !!

Can't wait to hear about your BLT stay!! I CANNOT wait to stay there!! But we have to wait till June or August... Haven't decided when we want to go yet, but we need to hurry it up since the 11 month window opens for us (for June) in July!! LOL

The little red head is my cousins daughter!! Her expressions were just priceless!!! And now the bug has bitten them too and they can't wait to get back!!

What your DGD say is sooooo adorable!! I think I would have cried!!! Out of the mouths of babes!!

Having a one bedroom makes me ever wonder how we did it at the values!! Maybe that's why DH hated/hates them so much!!!

We have a ressie for a studio value at AKV in January and we are wondering if we will be ok with that after this!!! But it was a good use of 73 points (for a week) that HAD to be used... But after that I doubt we'll ever do a studio again!! It was part of the reasoning for us adding on at BLT!

After dinner we strolled up and listened to some Off Kilter and then said our goodbye's to my family (aunt, uncle, cousin and cousins daughter) and went back to our room.


Monday May 4th

We slept in, which is 8am for us .. got ready and went to HS. We took the boat over this time and we loaded on then stopped at bc/yc, and s&d and then finally got to HS (I think it would have been faster to walk) we grabbed some breakfast from ABC commissary (except the cinnammon rolls which were good) and we walked around and took a couple pics..



TSM was only showing a 30 min stand by wait so we jumped in line, the wait was really only 15 mins!! And this was at 10:30 am!! We'd never see it this short again for the rest of our trip. DS loved the ride too!!

After TSM we went over to see Bolt. His helper informed us that this was going to be Bolt, Mittens and Rhino's last week and they we're going back to be with Penny, but they were making way for the new characters from "Up". Bolt was a must-do for DD so I'm glad we made it in time!!

Thanks! Glad you are reading!! My only regret with DVC so far is that we didn't buy sooner!! We really loved our first trip and are looking forward to the many more years to come!!

After Bolt DS was getting sleepy and fell asleep in his stroller--he did that easily this trip! So DH walked around with him while DD and I went to see the American Idol Experience show. DH hates AI on TV and refused to go in...

That theatre is AMAZING! Looks just like the stage on TV!!



After the show we went back to BWV and got in a swim and rested for a while.. oh and did some wash! Loving that washer and dryer in our room!!

We had Dining reservations that night at Teppan Edo but DD wanted to try out the Kim Possible game thing... So we went to Epcot... We were so spoiled being able to walk to the two parks from BWV and found ourselves in Epcot and DS most of our stay there, if you couldn't tell already

We went to a recruitment center for KP and got a fastpass type paper that told us our mission would start at 5:15 so to kill some time before we did that we went to Club Cool and thru the Butterfly Garden. We saw hardly any butterflies!! We walked past Tink's garden too but we didn't go in since the baby was sleeping and we couldn't bring in the stroller.

Then it was time to go get our Kimmunicator. We picked it up at the Kiosk in Norway and our first mission was in Mexico. It was really neat and I highly recommend doing it!! It's interactive with some of the things inside the pavillion but I don't want to say too much and spoil it for anyone else...

Before we knew it it was time for dinner and we rushed off to Japan to meet up with my family. We checked in and waited AN HOUR after our ADR time to be seated.

Food was good. Our chef was great, but it wasn't worth the extra hour wait.
