" Day 2 "
We started off our morning at AK's Tusker House for a wonderful breakfast. The Cast Member who attended our table was wonderful, He told us to take our time getting food and gave us a heads up on which characters would be coming our direction. He even helped in taking photos with us. They had a little conga line going around our section of the room for the children and handed out tamberines and shakers. Pluto lead at first then Daisy jumped in to finish. It was a great start to the morning.

We left Tusker House and headed straight for the "Safari Bus" (That's what our DD calls the Kilimanjaro Safari ride) It was nice to feel my breakfast readjust in my belly while we toured the savannah!!! After the Safari Bus we motored over to catch "Festival of the Lion King" . Our DD quickly caught the eyes of the monkeys who perform on the trapeze, they made sure to come over and shake her hand and blow her a kiss.

After the show our DD decided she wanted to go back to the hotel and swim so we headed back to ASM and dashed out to the pool for a frolic and me and the DW enjoyed a Frosty Beverage as well.

After the aquatic portion of the day was over we thought we might try an evening at Epcot and continue our enjoyment of said Frosty Beverage... We pulled in at Epcot around 6:00 pm and started snapping pics of all the toperies, our favorite was Beauty and the Beast . By the time we had walked to the World Showcase we had missed Off Kilter in Canada (my fav's while sampling some LeBlatts) so we thought we would stroll down to the UK and try to catch British Invasion ... no such luck! A big 0 for 2 !!!
Sooooo we moved into France and thought we could sample a Grand Mariner (We, (really the DW) wanted to sample it and thought it was O.K.)
After a couple of trial runs on them we sat down at The American Adventure and caught Illuminations. The DD loves this firework show about the same as wishes... The DW and I are fond of it too! We wrapped up the night with a slow walk back thru the Showcase with a few pics here and there and zoom we were back at our room and ready to go another day !!!!

Day 2 sounds like a wonderful day. I want to try the breakfast at AK. I may have to talk my DD into it. Keep the TR coming and the wonderful pictures.

Breakfast @ Animal Kingdom is wonderful, best breakfast I have been to WDW in my opinion! They have so much to choose from on the bar and characters are greatalso!

Where are you staying in 2010?

We are looking at the Caribbean Resorts for our next trip. We love staying at the ASM but we have done that for the past 3 years (4 times) and our trying out something new.

CRB is real nice. I haven't stayed there since 01 but I heard they have the new pirate rooms which sounds like a blast!

That's what was the draw to it ... The DD loves Jack Sparrow and is a fan (like her father) of the Pirates Franchise...

Oh yes! Jack sparrow. I Jack Sparrow.
I told my DD that we not leave our trip UNTILL mommy meets him and gets a pic and I mean it this time

We met him last year at "Pirate / Princess Party" , it was raining and they canceled the parade and fireworks show .... Soo we were leaving out thru Adventureland and there was the hidden entrance to see him.... He was great, and spent alot of time with her.

That is so awesome that he spent some time with ya all. I really really need to meet him. I have gone to WDW several times and never seen him.
I do have high hopes to the Halloween party this Sept.

Check out my TR! I JUST stayed at CBR in a Pirate room (over Mother's Day weekend!) It was AWESOME!! And I would totally recommend it!!

Day 3 TR tonight .... Now work calls !!!! Have great day all , Wall

"Day 3"
We started with BK in the room (Thank You GardenGrocer.Com) !!! We had an early Bibbidi Boutique (MK) so we scooted over the Castle for another adventure ... Mickey's PhilharMagic was another one of those " Will she (DD)do it " situations, and low and behold ... she did! She put on those 3D glasses and laughed at Donald trying to catch Mickey's Hat ... it was Awesome.
While taking another tour around the Castle I snuck off and hit "The Haunted Mansion" while my lil' ladies did some shopping. We met back up and made our way to the Boutique and hopped right in there. The DD wanted to be Snow White this time ... and wanted punk rocker hair!
They dolled her up and she loved every minute of it (almost as much as my DW) ha'
After a gazillion photos we moved over to town square for her official glamour shots .... She's our Cutie !!!

We had a bit of time before dinner in the Castle so we decided to ride the Train around the Kingdom ... a couple of times. We landed in ToonTown and hit the store there for some goodies.
We had reservations for Cinderella's Castle after 6pm so we again moved towards the castle and still had an hour to play. We decided to stop at Cosmic Rays for some soft drinks and took a break in the lounge - With Sunny Eclipse of course.
This was our first time sitting down in that area... We have always sat on the top floor and never realized Sunny was there below.... Huh?!?!?!?!

Into the Castle we went, The DD always yells with joy when she see's "Cindy" ( Her nickname for Cinderella ) We took the usual pics and as always Cindy made our DD excited. We went up the steps to our table and sat down and did the usual Resturant thing , Then the Mice made there presence and she loved it. Next the Fairy Godmother WISKED by our table ...but I did get a great pic with her and DD. We have done this every year we have been so we knew what to expect. Our DD loved it so that's really what mattered !
After our day we decided we should again hit the pool back at the hotel. I had a nice Sunday "MothersDay" planned for us and wanted to rest !
" Day 4 " ... is next!!!

Love day 3! Your DD is sooo cute with her punk rock hair. I may have to try that out for myself looking foward to more.
