Great report. I do hope they keep the dessert party around because I would LOVE to do that. Perfect for the way we tour WDW which is often to eat our dinner meal around 3:00 and just get a snack later. Dessert buffet seems like a great snack to me!

The pool @ Kidani!!! OMG! how beautiful!!!

Sorry bel got sick! I think it was the pool, that has happened to DD before! I remember our 1st or 2nd trip to WDW, I had to go to an after hourse Pedia care center for DD, for a UTI!!! It wasn't bad at all, I found it on my own I think? Drove over and didnt have to wait long because it was nite time. They gave us a script which I had to find a pharmacy for, and that was it!

The dessert party! YUM!!! I would def. do that, that is for Summer only, right?

So this picnic in the park is for AK only and it's just a meal and then find a place to eat? How is it different than going to a CS to eat? Not sure if I understand it!

We haven't seen any movies lately so I dont know who all the new characters are!

Kona!!! I LOVE that place!!! We have only gone for breakfast and I love the food there and all! Love the Poly too!!!
My DD still prefers the kids meals, she dont eat alot and their portions are perfect and the food! She always seems to find sum'n to eat wherever we go!
I wish age wasn't a factor for the kids meals b'cuz that's all she wants! And breakfast is so hard for her! At the CS in the hotels they give me such a hard time b'cuz she will pick out a muffin or sum'n ....

HOP is Hall of Presidents . . . they just refurbed the entire attractions and added Obama.

The POOL was so awesome!! WOW!! Makes me want to become a DVC member!

The Dessert party was a TOTALLY success, I'd be surprised if they didn't extend it.

Yes, Picnic in the park is like a counter service. You order in the am and then pick up at the bakery. There are locations throughout the park with tables and chairs for you to pick and eat "in the wild" What's nice is if you had a large family, you can enjoy it picnic style . . . they have a chicken version that's like a Boston Market Family Meal Deal!

It's really just a novelty . . . You could get your CS meal to go and eat at any of the picnic spots too . . . I think it will be better in the cooler months anyway. It was just too hot and too rainy in June.

You know me . . . I have to try everything at least ONCE!

You must go and see UP! great movie!!!

They were taking everyone's health insurance. ER co-pay. I have BC/BS of FL so it worked out for me . . . they DIDN'T take my prescription plan, but the drops were $10 so time or 5 bucks . . . I went for time and just bought them from them!

I love the values too. I decided that if I ever go back I will always stay at value from now on and be able to afford a couple more days. (Our upcoming Poly trip is being paid for by my mommy!)

Just to answer an unasked question....There are health codes that prohibit restaruants to allow any buffet leftovers to be taken home. It is also a violation to allow employees to take them home. There are many reasons but the most important is the difficulty of temperature control on buffets. Its something called "Time and Temperature Control" and it is very serious. Now in most restaurants employees still take home the food b/c all reputible resturants are ok and have the "TTC" under control so they have nothing to worry about, they just do it on the sly b/c it is still a violation. So I would not get to upset about the food going in the garbage, I really doubt that happens...UNLESS Disney is REALLY strict.

I can not wait to try Kona and go to the Poly. Your pics are awesome!
