Pirates was a total walk-on & let me tell you it was HOT down there in the que area.

The Mickey Head, it is water, at least when I was there on Mother's Day. There was this guy walking around with a small broom and a bucket of water and he made a Minnie mouse. We were all so amazed at how he did it.

Tuna Tom is an older man who visits the MK everyday! He eats at the Columbia Harbour House everyday and you can usually spot him under the train station before park opening.

Question:
How does a gal enjoy the parks in platform sandals? I mean really. I can barely hang in there with tennis shoes or flat cushioned sandals. WOW.

Anyway -- I have been in the treehouse at night, and you are right. It IS scary. And one night, I told DH and the kids that I would wait while they climbed it... then when they were out of sight, I sneaked up the stairs and ambushed them with a huge shriek. It was hilarious. I really got them. heh heh

The only frustrating thing we started noticing was that Disney is REALLY trying to save on A/C. It was SOOOO blazing hot out that we started seeking refuge in some of the normal 'cool spots' you get to know as frequent guests. Guess what, they were ALL hot!!! Holy yum..I haven't been to WCC for dinner since the trip we got engaged..so like over four years ago. I remember it was fantastic and those pictures make it look delicious. That salad looks amazing!

Yes! We did it once during Wishes (we'd already seen it) and it FREAKED us out. Dave is scared of heights anyway but when the fireworks starting going off and the creepy music was playing...we knew it was time to run not walk out of there!

I've seen the water marks on the sidewalk before . . . they must mix it with a little oil or something, cuz they do seem to last long in the FL heat!

Well that or just some good ole fashion "Disney Magic!"

PS. the necklace. Sorry you were disappointed with TrenD, I love that store and could spend HOURS walking around it, checking out the displays, paintings on the walls, etc. GOOD TIP that most items are available at the other locations and we can get our discounts!
