I am loving the trip report. We have 11 days until our stay at Kidani Village and now I am more anxious than ever.

I am so sorry to hear that the first day didn't shine, but like you said at least the bad parts were over with early on in your trip.

Looking forward to hearing more and seeing all your great pics.

Yay! I was sort of reluctant to start your TR because I knew the sooner I started it the sooner it would be over

Luckily I have 8 long days of trip to look forward too!!

I love Kidani..it's SO gorgeous! I don't know if I could stay anywhere else after staying there! Of course there is always BLT!

That sounds like a crappy first day but I'm glad to know it gets better!

Welcome back!! That's horrible that you had an awful first day but I'm glad it got better for you!! Can't wait to see and read more about your trip and Kidani!! DH and I will be there in 29 days with NO KIDS!! I hope the bus service got better for you too!!

PS--That status picture with your comments made me spit coffee all over my laptop screen...I was laughing so hard...

Yup, they sure did get better! The rest of the week was fantastic & it must have been some weird freak incident with the Studios bus because for the next 8 days we never waited more than 20 minutes (most coming within 10-15 minutes) for a bus. Thank goodness!

Yeah, I don't know. It's hard for me now to say "ehhh, go ahead & try it" 'cause it was really that bad. If it was a place that NORMALLY gets rave reviews I would say that chances are this was an off night, but I don't think that's the case. Last time we went there was probably about 3 or 4 years ago and it actually WAS pretty good so I don't know what has happened.

I didn't see the Wall-E cut out. Sad to hear it's gone since we last saw it last Oct.

We didn't spend a lot of in the building, only to meet the Up characters and go into the animation academy.
