We left home at 7 am driving to Orlando. We arrive at our resort at 2 pm... The Sheraton Vistana Resort. This place is huge! I go in and step right up, no waiting. Only to find out our room is not ready. No big deal we need to pick uo some things at Super Walmart so off we go. Super Walmart was a zoo! :dazed There were so many people. Only an indication of what's to come :nervous After that we go back to see if our room is ready and it was! I got everything I requested earlier in the week...thanks Kim!

We were pleased to find our room very clean and complete with all the ammenities we were hoping for. We unpack and decide to get dinner. I wanted some homestyle cooking with a vegetables so we decided to go to Ponderosa located across from the Caribe Royale Hotel. Big Mistake! This place was was no where close to what I was looking for. The food was very bland and most of the food on the bar was overcooked. Lesson learned will not try again.

After we ate dinner we headed to Character Corner at the outlets on 535. Can't remember the exact name but this is the small one located right on 535. There wasn't much to ooh and awh over but we found some scrapbook supplies. I did see a Minnie Coffee Cup that I may go back to get later. ;)

We head back to the resort for rest. Tommorrow will be out 1st day at DISNEY :) We are heading to Epcot for the PSB. Surprise for DD :D

Great arrival day, with the exception of the Wal-Mart!! I've been there, done that, and WILL NEVER DO THAT WAL-MART EVER AGAIN. It is the #1 retail location for Wal-Mart in the USA and I certainly believe it. Until we shopped here, I've never had to wait in line for milk before. CRAZY:dazed !!!

Glad to know your hotel was all you hoped! Can't wait to read about your surprise breakfast for you DD....

I am so thrilled to be here again. I can't wait to hit the parks. c'mon everybody get up! Let's go! Our first park will be Epcot. This will be our first time there and I am looking forward to it! When we pull into the parking lot and see the big Epcot Icon me and my DD start to cheer! DH looks at us like we are both nuts! We are...NUTS ABOUT DISNEY!! Anyway we get into the park. I make an attemp to stop by Guest Relations to get my birthday pin but the lines we too long. So we decide to do SSE. No wait we walked right on! We all thought it was a good ride and it was very educational for DD.She seemed to enjoy it. We then head toward the World Showcase for DD surprise...Reservations for the Princess Storeybook Breakfast. We are seated right on time and soon began to see the Princesses. DD almost screamed with excitement when she saw Jasmine! There was Mary Poppins and Aurora and finally Princess Minnie! She was so pretty. DS took a special intrest in her!:love: The food was ok! DH didn't enjoy much and was not very happy to find out how much it was! I told him not to worry I had it all covered. After breakfast strolled around the showcase stopping to look at all the countries and taking pictures. DD even got into pressed pennies. We didn't see any other characters in this part of Epcot so we head back to Future World where we saw Goofy dressed in his best spaceship attire. The crowds were very large by this time and there was a very long wait for all the popular attractions so we decide to head to Animal Kingdom but not before I picked up my Birthday pin :D

At Animal Kingdom we walk in to find characters out front. There were Suzy & Perla, One of the Country Bears: who DD was afraid of, Timon & Rafiki, DD afraid of Rafiki too, and Tirk, the monkey from Tarzan. We walk right into the Lion King. This was a neat show and most importantly DD enjoyed it. After the show we go to leave the theatre and it was raining! This is just great and us with no poncho or umbrella! Oh well we run to shelter and discover Micky, Minnie and Goofy. So DD get autographs and we head to the safari ride. We walk on this ride too! How cool is this! Birthday magic perhaps :hmmm Anyway DD loved it! Then we got to see the parade and we decide to head out to Magic Kingdom. We are heading out of the park when we find Eeyore. So cool! DD also gets Lilo & Stitch's autograph too! This was our first time here too and we all enjoyed this place alot!

Park number 3 in one day with 2 kids can we say comando!!! Magic Kingdom awesome as ever! We head to the ferryboat but find that the boat was going to be delayed so we jump over to the monrail. I asked if we could ride up front and was granted my request! This was really cool DH enjoyed this alot. We walked right in to Cinderellas & friends performance and after that we didn't do alot at first because the crowds were just too big. We head over to Toontown and tour Mickey & Minnie's houses and back to Fantasyland to find all the rides still have very long wait times. So we walk around and soak up the magic and then head to find a place for the first show of the Wishes fireworks show. This was amazing. Tinkerbell flew right over us! The show was awesome except for one thing..it rained! We got soaked! After the show we ran to Cosmic Rays for dinner. One of the cashiers gave me a toll house icecream for my birthday! After we eat we decide to see Spectromagic but it was cancelled because of the rain. We start to head out but so does everyone else! So we turn around and head back in. We got straight to Fantasyland and ride the carousel, pooh, snow white, dumbo & tea cups all with less than 20 min waits.

We were all worn out so we decide to leave the around 10:30.
Tomorrow we have reservations for Cinderella's Royal Table!

Sorry to hear about the rain. Rain CAN be used to your advantage at WDW and it looks like you did....when everyone else leaves, you get the joy of shorter lines!! Yeah!!!

Sounds like a magical birthday.....lots of autographs and rides, and plenty of magical moments.

Today we head out for CRT, we arrive about 20 minutes late but were seated right away. This was EMH day and there we so many people coming from the resorts! I really hope that MNSSHP is not very crowded. This was well worth the $$$ DD enjoyed all the princesses...Cinderella, Mary Poppins, Belle, Aurora & Snow White. I picked up a birhtday button for Magic Kingdom the day before and listen to Goofy birthday phone call! Of course I wore my button to breakfast :whistle: I got the mickey spinkles and ribbon on our table for my birthday. I also got a happy birthday song and a mini cake! Breakfast was very good! I love those potatoes! After breakfast we walk right into Phillharmagic!!! This was absolutely fabulous :) :) :) :) :). Then we fass pass Peter Pan and head over to fronteirland ride the carpets and try to ride jungle and pirates but the wait is 45-55 mins. We decide not to wait. We see Alladan, jafar & genie then we go back to fantasyland ride IASW and then Peter Pan. We decide to head back up main street because we are thinking we should go to another park because the crowds were just too big. When we get to the courtyard in front of the train station the characters were all out there. Daisy, pinnochio & gippeto, snow white, aurora. I realize we hadn't seen the paarade so we decide to stay for that. We have lunch outside infront of Casey's and the piano player sings happy birhtday to me! Wow this was really turning into a wonderful day! We take a spot at the end of the parade route, and my DD got to be an honorary mouseketeer!
We leave Magic Kingdom and take the monrail back to TTC and we rode up front again. This time we got the co-pilot license!

Ohh I forgot to mention that while we were looking in some of the gift shops we found some things discounted 50% for instance at the shop in Toontown I found pencils for DD class for $1.99/8, and a tinkerbell writing pin for $2.99, one of the gift shops on main street had pins with names for $2.99!

After MK we go to MGM. We head to Playhouse Disney. We got to sit right down front and the CM there palyed around with DD. She had a great time! After that we walk to the little mermaid, my ds loved this one...I think he is in love with the Disney Princesses :love: then onto muppets.

Day 3 was good! DD even got started pin trading she also got a good start on her pressed penny collection! This will truly be a trip she will never forget!

Sorry about those crowds, but it sounds like your experiencing a great deal of the good old disney magic anyway. Happy Birthday to you and I hope the crowds thin out for you and your family continue to have a magical trip.

Sorry the parks are so crowded and y'all aren't being able to get everything in at one park before moving on to the next to try and avoid the crowds. Hey at least it didn't rain again today.
