Well, my day finally arrived, off for WDW:D
DAY 1: We arrived at Orlando right on time and Tiffany Town Car was there waiting just as promissed-in the baggage area for all 6 of us. Amen was our driver and he was wonderful to us. He helped us with all of our baggage and took us on our grocery stop (30 min) and the off to All Star Movies:D . We got there and our driver got us a baggage cart for all the luggage and we went to check in--our room was not ready yet so off for a bite to eat and to explore the Disney Store for much needed Disney Stuff to purchase. After about an hour the front desk said our rooms were ready and off to the Mighty Ducks we go--only to find our luggage arriving at the same time as we were. Well, :madmad only 1 out of the 3 rooms was clean. The CM that brought the luggage to us called and Mousekeeping was on its way to clean the other rooms. As it was we found out that the CM that brought the bags was from Arnold Missouri and had only been at WDW for 3 weeks. That is only about 130 miles from where we live. "Small World" (excuse the pun). Well, we are off for an afternoon of resort hopping. We took the monorale around the loop and saw the Polynesion, the Contemporary and my fav. the Grand Floridan. Inside the Grand they had a gingerbread house that was taller than me (go figure--I'm only 4" 10 1/2') It was spectacular!!! They had a group sing-a-long going on in the lobby with everyone singing Christmas Carols. That was fun with everyone just singing. We stayed there for about 30 minutes or so just singing. After that when we left there I got to be one of the "drivers" of the monorale. I've always wanted to do this but never got to--this was fun. We went back to our rooms by now and unpacked and changed clothes. We then were off of Downtown Disney for an evening of what-ever. We were all kind of tired out so this was going to be an early night since we were all up at 4:00 a.m. to get to the airport by 5:00 a.m. We all just kind of wondered around and looked in the Christmas Store, the Lego Store, various other shops and finally ate at what else??? McDonalds. Don't aske me why--you go all the way to WDW and end up eating your first real meal at ????McDonalds???? Oh Well:dazed We then decided to then go for desert and have hot chocolate at Giradeli (sp?) What a wondful treat:love: We all decided to go back to the room by now and get well needed sleep and start fresh for MGM in the morning.

Day 2 Off to MGM for the DAY

TOWER OF TERROR

Well, we were all up early and off for the food court for breakfast. After that I hit the Disney Store and bought some Pins for everyone in the group. I found a special one for everone in the group and went back to food court and handed them out. Well, this just started something for Janice and Tom, and Oma. The became addicted! They were note into the trading but the purchasing thing. They ended up buying a pin from each park and then some. Off for the bus stop. We hit the bus and off for MGM. I just love Tower of Terror!!:D I just can't wait:D I wish the bus driver will drive a little faster. Yes I'm a 36 year old kid when it comes to ToT. We arrive and get through security and now what does the group want to do-"take a picture of us" OOOOKKKKAAAYY-put hurry-ToT is calling my name. Picture done and well-bathroom stop for eveyone-good idea. (in the future we ended up calling this the Oma ride-she did not ride much so this was her fav. ride). Finally-I see it, it is in my eyes view-my ride that I have been waiting for for 2 years! Wait time 13 mintues! LETS GO!! At this point I am skipping and jumping. (everyone in the group is laughing at me) I am first in line. What no line :heart we walked right on. We were hoping to get a good group picture--WELL word of advise PAL MICKEY tends to fly up in front of your face and distroy the picture. Make sure that you seatbelt him. I had so much fun on this. We were off then for RnR. I've never rode this. Oma decide to ride this because "Hylander6" said this is not to bad. Boy he fooled her. S-I-L and Oma rode together, Janice-Me, and Hylander-Tom (Front car) I loved it. S-I-L/Oma hated it by both of them and Hylander/Tom loved it. Next was Beauty & Beast. Loved it. Never seen it and loved every moment. NEED FOOD-Turkey legs for us except S-I-L, Chicken Nuggets for her. Now we were off for Star Wars. This was as good as I remembered but poor Oma again. Now it is time for the parade. We were right at the beginning of the parade route. I was so pumped that the little MC that intertaned you when she asked if there was any MICKEY Fans out there-here I was jumping up and down holding PAL MICKEY. She pulled me out of the croud and asked me a question. I have no idea of the question but ended up with a cool sticker for the scrap book. Took lots of stickers. After the parade we were off for the Muppet 3-D and the the Imagineers Tour. By this time it is time for us to go get seats for Fantasmic. Must make one purchase. JACKET AND GLOVES. Boy is it cold. Stopped at Disney Store and made purchase which later found out jacket was a kiddie size--take it back later and get bigger size. We ate hot dogs and soda at Fantasmic. That was the best show that I've ever seen. Tried to take pictures but they did not turn out so well. I now what they are, but prob. no one else will. We all decided to go to Epcot no for a bite to eat (real food) We ended up eating fish and chips in England and this is where I had the most horrible moment of my life. I went off and left my pack (with my life in it-money-camera-id-everything). Lucky there was an English speaking guy sitting there when brother/Tom came back 20 minutes later sitting there watching it. They said he had a "blue ribbon" on. I am wondering if it was Cowboy. Everything was in it. Thank God:cry: Well, after that I was a reck and we decided to head back to the resort and call it a day. We will be off to Animal Kingdom tomorrow.
