My ds is having trouble logging in - any ideas?
Just after he enters his guest name and password, a blank white screen pops up. No message on it or anything. We tried it on two computers and get the same thing. I've used their contact VMK link but it said it could take up to 24 hours to get a response. We've disabled the popup blocker and it didn't solve the problem. Does anyone have any ideas? It's been doing it for 3 days now.
He's also having trouble logging into Buzz Lightyear as well - makes me think it is something with Disney or his account.  |
