must have rare furniture,costumes,teleport magic. i will go with the person who has the best offer and we will met in my room or your room to trade.

For bat magic must have full costome for bat magic if your offering costume.

if u are offering rare furniture must have more then one rare.

If u have teleport must have another item with that.
