Okay I have looked and looked and I can not find the answer to this question!!!! Where do you buy disney dollars at?

I have no clue, but I can't afford that Club.

You can buy them at any Disney Store.

You are not a psycho planner. I am right there with you. We are going in three years from now..... It will take that long to save the money.

Just think how much better your trip will go for all this extra planning? You won't be scrimping for cash with all that time to save specifically for WDW. It's much more relaxing when you don't have to skip a main meal to buy a sweatsirt...lol I'm kidding of course. To me, planning is half the fun of going. There are many psycho planners on here....many! lol I say that as a compliment becasue as we all know the more planned the trip is, the better is goes. At least for us. There are still many people who like to wing-it and my hat goes off to them. I would have a nervous breakdown not planning my days and going there with no PS's or anything.....scares me thinking about it.

I agree I am a planner too and with 4 trips planned within 20 months you have to be! I just looked at my Disney Dollar stash and I have about $100 to start with. Better get to Disney store soon. I posted this before but in case anyone reading is interested...You can get the disney gift card at the Disney Store and add money to it (up to $500/card) in order to save up for tickets. I am buying AP's for my trips so this is the only way I can save the cash w/o spending it on something else!

I didn't realize that the gift card was for all things Disney! That's great. For some reason I thought it was just good for the disneystore.com...Thanks for this great news. I'm off to go get one now!

Yes I got this info first hand from the Manager in my local Disney store. All the money on gift card can be used toward the purchase of park passes

How about in the Disney parks? That's what I use my Disney Dollars savings for. I buy a little here and there and usualy end up with half DD and half cash on my trips.

No, I am almost positive that the disney gift card cannot be used at WDW. Only at the disney store. You can maybe even use it to purchase disney dollars too.

I love to plan our trips too. I have been buying our passes one at a time from the Disney Store. That way it's a little easier to budget. And I can spread them out over the months. We leave Sept 30th. I have been giving my DGD the money she earns or the rewards she gets in Disney Dollars. She asked for that so she would have her own money when we go. She already has $40.
We are DVC members so the rooms taken care of. I have already paid for the tour every one wants to take.
I guess when I go to the Disney Store this weekend I will have to get more Disney Dollars. It really helps to start early. Now I can hardly wait to get there.
