Just wondering if anyone has gotten one of these.

I got an e-mail discount code for my Dec. trip last year. This time I got the postcard for my May trip.

Yes I got the postcard two weeks ago, I guess. The values are 59, Mods are 74 I think that's all I checked on. I was waiting on the AP rates to come out. But when I got the postcard in the mail. I figured I would use that. If AP rates are any less then I will call and have that applied to my reservation.

Do you think you received the postcard or email because you registered at a specific site?? (disneyworld.com)

Also, did the postcard fit the dates you were already planning to travel?

I'm wondering if, since when I registered, I put that I was planning a Dec. trip, maybe I'll receive one to fit that time period.
I hope I don't get one for another time, because I'm really set on Dec.

I'm talking as if I KNOW I will get one. I WISH!!!!!!!

It just seems like so many people at DC have received them and I haven't.

I got this past summer effective for Fall of 2004 but I couldn't use it and it was non-transferrable. I hope I get another one this year because I am going in the fall this time but with my luck that just won't happen.

The postcard I got actually did fit the dates I was already traveling. But the dates were now thru 7-4 with two different rates on it. I am registered at disney.com so that may be why I got it. I also stay on site maybe they get your name from previous stays I don't really know.

I have never gotten one of these cards.

I am registered with disney.com, I have stayed on site at least 8 times, and am a Disney Visa card holder. What more do I need to do to get a discount postcard?

I feel the same way. I am registered at disney.com, have had a disney visa since it was available (my card says "charter member") and have always stayed on property! Never received any discount of any kind!!!!!

I don't think they offer enough "specials" for DW with the disney visa. I know the reward points are nice, but I think some sort of discount should be offered!!

I NEVER have gotten one of these fancy e-mails or postcards--and im registered on disneyworld.com for about two years now........it must just be luck of the drawl...and im not lucky

I talked to Disney Marketing because I wanted them to send me a discount card (wishfull thinking) and they said that they target specific demographics when they send them out... And the target groups change.. They figure this out by the "exit" polls at the parks and email surveys to see who is ALREADY coming and try to target the ones that aren't. So essentially, I can't GET one sent to me..

Also, People who DON"T use their DV's are more likely to get a double point card ect... to prompt/entice them to USE the DV...

Makes sense I guess but it does stink for those of us that spend the bucks at Disney and use the DV...

I keep trying not to use the card in hope of double points but the DD are too tempting... :O)

*Disclaimer.. others may have gotten these codes ect.. this is just what I was told.:O)

So they would rather disappoint the people that they know are coming and maybe have them stay 1 week instead of 2.
