Best snack packing tips

Well there's the big ol' list in the cheepskate section... which I'll add as needed.
But what are some good thing to pack for kids of all ages. How much food of your own do you eat? How much do you buy in Disney?

Food
Uncrustables
Bagellers - it's something new, a bagel roll with cream cheese in the middle
Handi-snacks
Trail-Mix
Chips
Cookies
Fruit - apples, oranges, bannanas, grapes

Drinks
8-oz can sodas
Big bottle of powerade
Juice boxes

Some things for the hotel room
Milk, OJ, 2-liter soda
Dry cereal
And if your resort has the little bread toaster thing, get some bagels, bread, or even eggo mini waffles. Those sorts of yummy good things that are good toasted. And butter is always free.

Re: Best snack packing tips

Drinks, drinks and more drinks. We try to do breakfast in the room most days and sometimes a snack during the day instead of lunch or eat a big lunch and just a snack when we got back to the room for the night. But drinks are a big one seeing as they are $2.50 in the park and vending machines. Good luck and have fun.

Re: Best snack packing tips

Also, we've found that when bringing out own snacks in to the parks, small tupperware-like containers work much better than ziplock bags. Crackers in a ziplock bag always tend to make it to the bottom of the backpack and get all smooshed.
