Disney Visa Rewards Question
Don't know if anyone know this yet, and it could be a real dumb question, but here goes -
The rewards? Say if you rack up say 500 "rewards" dollars, is that going to be 500 in cash that you can use towards Disney? Or will the 500 actually be worth more? Thanks!!

It's basically a 1 for 1 deal on the reward dollars. You accrue a minimum of 1% on all card purchases toward reward dollars. Once you have at least 20 Reward Dollars accrued and you want to redeem them, call Bank One or go on-line 4 to 6 weeks before you want to use them. Let them know how many reward dollars you want to redeem & where you want to use them. They'll then send you a reward certificate for WDW resorts/cruises in $10 denominations, reward certificate for DL resort, also in $10 denominations, or a reward card to use at the Disney Store or DisneyStore.com or the catalog in $10 and $20 denominations. Keep in mind that reward dollars have no block-out dates & can be used for 5 years from the time they're earned. I got all this from the little brochure they sent me with the card. Let me know if you have any more questions.

Thanks !!
I am just debating weather to use the Disney Visa, or maybe a American Express/ Delta skymiles card. Trying to figure out which card would earn the best rewards towards Disney trips or airplane tickets. I've been spening all this money on my regular credit card, paying it off every month, and never even thought about the rewards I could have been getting all along!!

American Express is no longer a Disney partner and you can't use their rewards towards anything Disney anymore. We found that out the hard way! They stopped being a Disney partner on 12/31/02. We used to use the rewards for character meal vouchers and when my wife called to get some they told us they are no longer a disney partner.:(
If my memory serves me correctly I think I saw something on their rewards site for Platinum cards with a Disney package but not for the gold or blue for Disney.
