I have a question that I think I know the answers to, can you use the discount codes if you book your trip outside of disney such as with an airline package or expedia or travelosity or one of those other survers? can you still use the codes when booking thru these people if so how would you go about it and when would you change the ressis I am just getting started with all the reserch and so far so good as far as getting info I hope this is not to silly for you all but you never know until you ask :whistle:

The codes are only valid if your rooms are booked through Walt Disney Travel or CRO. Most Disney only travel agents book through those companies, so they would work there as well. The online agencies, and other people such as AAA, United or Delta vacations are all resellers of Disney travel, so they price their own packages, and any Disney discounts is not valid on their packages.

Most likely, you can cancel any reservation you have and rebook either directly through Disney or a disney only travel agent. Of course, you should check their cancellation policy prior to doing anything rash.

Here is another question regarding the discount codes..this is my first post so I hope I do it right. The discount codes are available for room only reservations..is that correct? We have a land/sea package booked...4 nights at Disney World and 3 on the Disney Wonder..along with 4 prenights at Disney World. Do the discounts work on anything like this? Thanks for any help.

You won't be able to use the discounts on the land portion of the land/sea package, but you sure can use them for your prestay. Of course, you won't have any tickets covering the prestay, but it sure makes for a nice relaxing vacation.
