Disney Club Discount Code

We are planning a family vacation in December, but I just found out that I might also have the opportunity to go in July, with a friend of mine. Anyways, I think it's long overdue that I join the Disney Club and get the Annual Passes (six days in December & three/four days in july, right? I should get it if my math is right?)

My question is: Does anyone know any current discount codes for the Disney Club? I had a $10 off code, but it has expired.

Thanks a ton!

MickeyMac, I haven't seen any of the $10 discount codes lately. However, you may be able to obtain a discount another way. Do you have one of the Entertainment Books? They offer a 20% discount when joining the DC. Also, if you work for a large company or belong to a union, the HR dept. or benefits area may have a chapter # for the DC that will entitle you to the $10 discount. (Companies and unions that previously offered the free MK card to its employees still have the chapter #)

MickeyMac, welcome to DisneyCentral.

Even if you can't find a code, it is worth the $40. In addition to discounts on passes, resorts and restaurants, you get 10% off any Disney Store purchase and a year subscription to the Disney magazine.

:p

You know Mick, I probably needed to hear that. What's spending the extra $10 to save the hundreds? I'm just mad at myself for not jumping on the discount in February when it was running. My fault.

I didn't know you get the magazine, too! More scrapbooking fodder! Yum!

WAHHOOO!!!

I don't have my Disney Club card yet, but was still able to talk to the CRO and get the AP rates for our July stay! I am so totally psyched! It saved me $141 for the room and since we are going again in November, the extra I spent on the tickets now will be well spent in three quick, magical days!

thanks!

Did you buy the annual Pass? if so, you could use the annual pass discount, which for me, ended up saving us a TON more than the disney club. You don't even need to buy the pass before you make the reservations -- you just need it when you check in. And, only one person in your party needs to be an annual pass holder. One AP holder can book 3 rooms at the AP rate. hope this helps. lvbug.

I just bought them yesterday. I did end up buying the Disney Club card (I did find a coupon code) for $29.95. I got about $15. off each pass (I bought four Annual Passes) so that was an immediate $60. savings there, plus another $6. off the Easter dress I had to buy my daughter at the Disney Store. ;)

I figure I'm at a net savings of $36. for buying both so far. I spend enough at the Disney Store to pay for itself throughout the year. I didn't see anything about AP holders getting money off at a Disney store, so I figured it was worth it.

I jsut can't WAIT to go!

Thanks! You know, I forgot to thank you guys for welcoming me to these boards. Talk about some great information!

We plan on going from July 9-14th, although we might leave a day earlier, depending on family.

What do I plan to do? Relax in the Magic!! We are driving down from New England over a six day time period with three kids. The only thing I am planning is to relax and have fun. My son wants to head to Disney Quest since we missed it on our trip in January. I'm sure we'll do the parks, too, but I don't plan on making an itinerary. I would love to find out when the shows and parades are, but that's about it. My birthday is later in the month, and I would love to be a big enough kid to celebrate it there, too. ;)

When are you going down next?
