I would use it for a special dinner, maybe pick a place that is more expensive that you wouldn't normally go to. I would love to have the problem of having to find things to spend the money on during my trip!!

I'd maybe do a portrait session, try a couple of restaurants I've never been to before, maybe play some mini golf or try La Nouba... or maybe Disney Quest... or date night and have the kids in one of those kids clubs... or try something like a meal with a Disney imagineer...

We did the fireworks cruise and it was awesome! My personal favorites would be the couples massage, the Breathless cruise, or the Photopass and photographer session. One more suggestion - which I am not sure is possible, but how about booking a future trip and applying the $500 as a deposit?

We really enjoyed our bass fishing expedition last trip -- it was such an unusual WDW activity, adn the photos came out so well!

Hmmm. I like the special tours idea.
Another would be to buy something you would use day to day at home. My DH and I bought coffee mugs, sugar bowl, creamer, etc. while we camped at FW last Christmas. Now, at home, to bring us back, we simply pour ourselves a cup 'o java to bring ourselves back to happy times.... ahhhh....  I'm gonna grab my Minnie cup right now...or maybe I feel a little tink-like... Go for memories whatever you decide. Food...you eat and it's gone. Moments or momentos, I say!

I love the idea of the portrait session! I would love to have professional family photos from WDW! I also I like the Cirque idea...we are doing it over our Christmas trip as a surprise for the kids...can't wait!

I just LOVE the Art of Disney at Epcot. You can easily find something special there. Last trip I bought the print of the castle by Thomas Kindaide.
