Price of Lunch Vouchers -- Connections

Hi!!!

Can anyone tell me what you can get the full lunch vouchers for on connections??? I am really considering joining just for the 30 day trial..but, dont know if we would use the Q&C ones enough to justify buying them.

Also..several people have said you could use the Q&C vouchers for the character breakfasts....i.e. Once upon a time...Chef Mickey's..etc....but, every listing I see about where you can use them doesnt say a thing about these restaurants. Are those different vouchers that they are using??? If so, what are they? I definately want to do a couple of character breakfasts and it may be worth it to buy them.

Thanks!!!!!:p

Voucher prices:

Quick and Casual Lunch or Dinner Vouchers: $11.25
Breakfast Feature Meal Certificates - Adult: $17.75

You *cannot* use the Q&C vouchers at character breakfasts, you can only use the Breakfast certificates there.

For us, the breakfast vouchers save a couple dollars on character breakfasts, six or seven on the Princess breakfasts (as they are more expensive.

Lunch vouchers for us saved just a little on the last trip, but we didn't eat anywhere where we could maximize their benefit. This time, we are staying at AKL, and the meals are more expensive at Mara, plus are trying to use them at Beaches and Cream (the only sit-down they are good at)

I also use it to get $25 Barnes and Noble gift cards with a $5. rebate, same for the Toys R Us gift cards, and KB Toys cards. The Olive Garden $10 gift cards with $2. rebate, as well as the Planet Hollywood ones, have come in handy too.

Oh, and they sell discounted Park Hoppers, Universal, Sea World, and Six Flags tickets, too.

I haven't ordered any yet, but I just signed on for the 30 day trial and I am definitely going to order some of the vouchers. I have been researching to see if the KINGDOM LUNCH vouchers are worth it at $30 each...At a few places, like Rainforest Cafe, Le Cellier, the restaurant in Italy (forgot the name?), Brown Derby at MGM...it is worth it at these places! I am going to buy a few and use them for the last lunch seating for the day, and it will be like our dinner.

The Quick & Casual lunch or dinner certificates COULD be worth the money...you just have to research it to find the most expensive eateries that are included...and take advantage of ALL the vouchers have to offer.

Some people say they even share meals with these vouchers, which makes them even more affordable.

Oh, and I could not join the actual CONNECTIONS 123 website, I was directed to another one called DEAL PASS (which is the same thing)...I live in NY and it said that Connections was not available in my area! WELL...Deal Pass is $139.95 per year for membership!!! Which is insane, IMO...:dazed

LRTJS...

You may want to check out this thread: http://www.disneycentral.com/forum/s...ighlight=q%26C

It explains what we are talking about a little more in depth. :D

Kim...whatever you do, make sure you cancel within 30 days if you don't find that it is completely worth it. And don't let them talk you into trying it for just a little longer either. They'll get ya! ;)

I think that I am going to join Connections in a few months. I want to wait until it gets closer to my trip. I read somewhere that they where talking about Dinner vouchers possibly coming out. I would love for something to come out so I can do the Hoop Dee Doo and get a deal. When I called Connections the other day I got a really nice guy who told me the fee for $79.95 but there is also a plus program or something. But when I join I plan to do the trial and then jump ship. I plan to buy some character breakfast and just a few Q&C vouchers.
