The Liberty Tree at the MK is really nice. Characters too, a little pricey, but the food is great!!!
Another thing DH , and I do is book a late lunch. This way it cuts down a little on the prices. Of course dinner time cost you a little more. It's all what your budget allows. Trust me, sometimes those dinners can cost a bundle. Good Luck!!! Also, have to ask, when booking a PS what time lunch is being served to. :) JOANN

A few of my favorites:

Breakfastsaurus
Crystal Palace
Chef Mickeys
Hollywood and Vine
Whispering Canyon

They can all be a "value" meal if you do like Joann suggested and make them a late lunch.

Ohana's is loved by many people on Dc (i am trying it in a week) and it's a good value for what you get.

yeah i don't have a "budget" but we want it just to cost as little as possible but still get the most out of it as possible. Also, a lot of our favorite resturaunts do not serve a lunch (ie. Chef Mickey's). Also, we are going to be booking the Fantasmic Dinner Package and were going to try to get PS during Illuminations. We will only be there for 3 nights so....... u get the picture.

What kind of restaurants are you looking for? Fast food or sit down restaurants that take PSs?

If you like fast food Pecos Bill in the MK is a good value. Good burgers with a fixin's bar with lots of stuff to add to your burger.

If you want a buffet, I hear Trail's End at Fort Wilderness camp ground is a super deal for a great meal. Breakfast and lunch and both $9.99 and dinner is $15.99 for adults.

Well, i don't know that there is much i can do to save money on food. I have 3 Dinners Planned and 3 nights (Night 1: Chef Mickey's, Night 2: Rose and Crown, Night 3: H an V Fantasmic package). The only day i need a sit down meal is a late lunch on a Saturday. I am not sure that but on that day we will be on our way out. (Flight out of MCO @ 630). Do you know any sit downs at a resort that are good that serve a lunch?

We have never even thought about going there. But after my DH and I looked at the menu it looks like we are going to have to try it and the price is great too.
Do you have to make a PS for it?

No ps is needed for the Trails End Buffet, just make sure you get there a little earlier then you want to eat. It does get very full at times......

I always found that El Pirata y el Perico a good place to eat.
Here is the URL for their menu:
http://allearsnet.com/menu/men_pir.htm
The food was good, inexpensive (for WDW) and there was something for everyone. It is also located near the Mickey D's Fries wagon if you have a little one who like fries.
One note, check its hours of operation. I went during lunch last August and it was closed. But it was open the next day.
