Well its usually the resorts where u can save the most money on so its going to be difficult finding a really super deal on tickets. The disney store offers a discount if u buy the tickets ahead of time instead of at your resort or the gate. But if i come across any special deals i will post them.

Plan to eat breakfast bars or fruit or cereal in your room for breakfast. This saves money and time. We often pack a lunch to eat at Tom Sawyers Island, or while waiting for Beauty and the Beast show, etc. This saves both time and money also.

Did you use code BBY or ONZ when you booked your room? That was a great deal.
My DD and I will often share meals while on vacation at WDW, the portions are large. Another food tip we use, is to have breakfast late...make it into a brunch and then you only have to eat 2 meals a day, rather then 3. Hmmm......if I come up with others I'll be sure to post.

Are you buying park hopper passes or do you have a package with an ultimate park hopper?
I would suggest if you haven't already, purchase your park hopper passes in advance (online or at the disney store if you have one locally). Before you purchase online...make sure they can get you your tickets before you leave!! ditto on the breakfast in your room...breakfast for 4 in the food court can EASILY run $25 just for milk and cereal and fruit. I'll keep thinking....

Thinking about buying tickets through our travel agent thats $700 in its self. I have that rate code for the cheaper rate and I'm going to call her and see if she can use this rate. Can you use that code with the AAA discount too??

No, you can't use the 2 rates together....but the BBY is less than AAA I believe. We had our trip booked using the AAA then changed over to BBY. Then bought AP's and got it even cheaper;) . Why not call Disney yourself and see what the price is for using that code....at least you'll know, if your like me, you'll be thinking about it all night!!!

Using the AP codes to book our room, we saved a little over $100 for the 5 nites we are there. The Annual pass is just that though....annual....you have a year from the date it is activated to use it, as many times as you want. I hope this helps you.

money saving tips
We always bring granola bars, rasins, goldfish crackers, etc. to eat for breakfast or to snack on in the parks. Always carry a water bottle with you and you can refill it at a fountain in the park. Try to eat your big meal of the day at lunch, the menu prices for lunch tend to be lower than at dinner. If you are doing a character meal, book a late seating breakfast, it is cheaper than lunch or dinner prices. We try to stop at a walmart on our way in and buy a case of water, snacks, etc. I have also heard that some people actually mail a package of food to their resort so that it is there waiting for them when they arrive. Souveniers can cost alot, I give each kid a set amount of money and try hard to stick by it. definitely buy the refillable mugs at your resort if your kids are soda drinkers. it is well worth it.if you have a child under 6, bring your own stroller and save $7 a day.
