Hey everyone! Thanks for all the good luck wishes. I attended the presentation today and everything went well. They have changed the system so I actually have a phone interview tomorrow at 2:40pm MST. But everyone was so nice (classic Disney) and it was so fun to see all the videos about WDW!

I ended up applying for other positions as well because I want to be accepted so bad and I wouldn't mind any of my choices. I think these are all of them: Merchandise, Operations, Vacation Planner, Character Attendant (too late for character auditions), Full Service Food and Beverage (hostess), and Full Service Food and Beverage Tipped (waitressing).

I will be sure to let everyone now how the interview goes tomorrow. Of course I don't find out the final results for 2-3 weeks. I can't wait!

Well my interview is in 15 minutes...I am getting kind of nervous. Thank goodness it's over the phone. Hopefully that will help me to relax a bit. I am wearing my Disney charm bracelet for good luck though.

I am happy to report that the interview went very well! My interviewer was super nice and seemed really impressed.

I got asked such questions as:
If a child was very excited to go on a ride such as Splash Mountain (since I named that as my favorite) and had been looking forward to it, but didn't meet the height requirement and you had to break the news, what would you say and do?

So of course I said I would be really nice and understanding, but explain it's for the child's safety and I would also offer a child swap pass. The interviewer was overwhelmed because she said no one had ever mentioned the pass before and was very impressed with my knowledge (which is actually something I learned from DC, so thanks everyone!).

At the end of the interview, I was told the only thing she had to do was decide on the perfect position for me.

So things are sounding really promising. I will know for sure in 2-3 weeks, but I named Character Attendant as my top choice because I love interacting with people. I will be sure to let everyone know as soon as I find out...wow, I hope the response comes quickly, because I am already in anticipation.
