?'s about family discounts
We have a friend who is entering the college program in August and she's getting us some rooms down there in November with her discount. We're trying to do some planning, and I've run into a few questions that she doesn't have the answers for (since she isn't there yet), so I thought I'd ask you guys......
1. If she just gets us rooms, does she have to be the one paying for them or do we? 2. If she just gets us rooms, can we add on the dining plan when we get there? 3. She thinks she will have a few tickets to give us (at her informational seminar they told her she would have 6 tickets, or something like that)....are those tickets single park tickets or hoppers? That's a starter....what do you guys think?

I wish I could help you, but I've been struggling with the same issues. We never fully ironed out the details on this stuff, and now that we're back in Oregon, we're excited to have all of our CM friends get us discounts on rooms.
But we have no idea how it works.  Soooooo...I am in the process of contacting some of our friends and I will let you know what they say!

I too am starting the college program in August. I know that each cp'er is given six tickets that get three people per ticket into the park per day. I think they are park hopper but I'm not 100% sure.
I know cp'ers get a discount on hotel rooms but I am not sure yet how this discount works. I have no idea about getting the dinning plan.

Ok, I have not made room reservations yet, but here is what I do know.
She can pay with your credit card online. I think, but am not positive that you can add the dining plan when you get there. Someone has also told me that she can buy it at the Company D store. I am not sure about this at all though. The tickets are park hopper tickets. She will have to go with you to the entrance. She can get up to three park hopper tickets. We can do this up to six times during her program. I'm not much help, but I hope its worth something!

I think that the resveration has to be in her name but u can give her the $ or she can use your credit card. I dont think disney cares how the get the $ just that it comes!!
