Gingita, I would love to meet you!!! You gave me some great advice when I was going through the application process and I haven't forgot that. I start trainning at Conchs on Sunday. I don't know what my schedule is past that. Please come by!!! I can't wait to meet some fellow MouseBuzzers!

Wow, a free pass for the parks? That IS like a golden ticket! If that was me I would have to pinch myself to make sure I wasn't dreaming! I would have to be dragged out of the parks.

Yesterday I had a great day. I meet up with Jana from the Let's Talk about Disney Podcast. We rode Buzz Lightyears and Splash Mountain. After that I went over to Epcot for some Sushi at the Japan Pavillion. I am having so much fun being able to go the parks as much as I want too

My roommate decided that this wasn't the place for her, and today she moved out and went back to Maryland. Now I am in the apartment by myself, and I am wondering if they will move me, or if someone will move in here. In the mean time it is nice to have the apartment to myself.

Today was kind of hard. I got really lonely because I've met people, but I haven't really made any to friends hang out with yet. I went to Epcot tonight by myself, and it was hard and I felt really alone.
There was a good thing though, I got a fast pass for Soarin which I had never rode before the lines are always so long and fastpasses sell out quickly, when I went back to use my fastpass a guest gave me two more fastpasses that they weren't going to use. I rode it twice, and I think it is now my favorite ride. It is so pleasant!!! I loved that part of the orange groves and flying over Disneyland!!!

Aww, Valerie, I am sorry today was hard. It has got to be hard enough being away from home. I hope that you find some people to hang out with soon. I am such a studier of social science that I would probably walk around the park assessing potential friends from all the CPs working.
That is wild about your roommate. I can't imagine getting all the way to that point only to leave. Too bad.

Just hang in there Valerie. The first few days might be a little hard, but once people get a chance to know you'll have so many new friends.
That's too bad for your roomie but hey, an apartment all to yourself, that's gotta be sweet. If they need someone to take her place I bet they could find lots of people here on MB that would be willing to volunteer. Oooo Oooo PICK ME! Just give things a little time. Good luck with your training. Hope that things go well and you'll absolutely love OKW.
