Well gang, the news is in. and it isn't good.
I'm so beyond upset over this shocking email after being sent such promising emails before I don't even know where to go from here. I think it would make it worse to get a bunch of I'm so sorry replys to this, so please don't. I just wanted to share it with you guys.  ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dear Tessa, Disney enjoyed talking with you and sincerely appreciates your interest in Disney’s Cultural Representative Program. Disney was very pleased with the amount of interest we received from students across the country wanting to participate in this program. Your qualifications, along with those of other applicants, made their decision a challenging one. Participant selections were made after much evaluation and deliberation. Because of the overwhelming response and limited number of opportunities available, we regret to say that Disney is no longer able to consider you as a waitlisted candidate for a position for Walt Disney World. WHAT????? Oh my gosh, that's CRAZY! Yeah, you need to go right back and try again! DO NOT let them get you down, persistence will ABSOLUTELY pay off with them, I have a feeling. Keep re-applying, they'll get you in there!

I thought I had read you were still going along with your friend who got in. So just apply as a regular CM. Go for it! I bet the only reason they made that choice is b/c there are so many people applying who haven't been at all, so they decided to give them a chance. Keep trying. They will get that you really want it. Whats that saying-the squeaky wheel gets the oil? You know what I mean. Hey even call and say after all the positive emails you wanted to check to make sure you were suppose to get that email!
