Ordering pizza at resort

We are going to WDW in about one week, staying at POFQ. I remember ordering pizza from the onsite pizza place four years ago (very mediocre and expensive pizza) at POR but I thought I read a post somewhere that you could order from outside the resort and get pizza delivered there. Is this a possibility?

The Pepper Market at CSR has great pizza believe it or not! DW and I sometimes get one on our way back to the room for the night. Joe

Re: Ordering pizza at resort

After eating Pizza at the ASMu, I will never order pizza from the Value resorts again.
Talk about flavorless cardboard, ugh!

Re: Ordering pizza at resort

We didn't enjoy the pizza at all. It was undercooked and bland. We enjoy the pizza at DTD Wolfgang Puck Express and eat there every time we go down to WDW.

The Holiday Inn SunSpree Resort has AWESOME pizza!

No I can tell you who has wonderful pizza, Uno's!! Its a fave of Ashley and I! Its right in the crossroads shopping center too. Little known fact, Disney actually owns the Crossroads shopping center, weird huh??
Anyways Giordano's is down the street and has deep dish chicago style pizza like uno's, but isn't as good. I know most people like thin crust though, but if you're really hungry uno's will fill you up!
P.S. Uno's is one of the few pizza places where I will eat their pizza cold the next day. The pizza is soo great it can be eated without heating up....although some people seem to like eating cold pizza anyways....

LOL I'm in the Chicago area, and yes Giordano's is NOWHERE near as good at Uno's!

I typically won't chose a restuarant on vacation that I can go to any ol' time here at home, so I hadn't thought of it...

Uno's cheese and tomato deep dish is THE BEST. They also have really good hot wings and EXCELLENT salads. (Bit of a salad expert, it's my all-time favorite food...)

Thats a great stance! I mean wdw pizza, is one step above fair pizza. Still when I'm at a county fair how often do I get pizza?? You try it once and learn your lesson. Now Rainforest Cafe has some great pizza on prop, I will admit that! Still thats not really a wdw owned restaurant, but a chain, so does that count??
