Internet Access
I called WDW they sd they have interenet access available at the resorts but you need to bring your own computer. Does anyone know of any internet cafe's nearby where we can get on the internet while on vacation? We don't
have a laptop and don't want to take our computer. My son has a college internet class and he may need to spend some time doing assisgnments. |

Re: Internet Access
Well, you have two options on property. The first would be that most hotels, and even some of the theme parks have internet kiosks. Not a bad option if you just want to check email. I think the cost is about $1 per 4 minutes. There are also business centers in most of the deluxe resorts, but the cost is very expensive, $40 per hour.
The other option, if you have an Ultimate Park Hopper is Disney Quest. They have an internet cafe that is included in the cost of admission. If he needs to stop by just for couple of minutes to check something, one of the terminals in the parks or resorts will work. If it is more of a long term thing, and hour or so, it would be worth jumping on the bus to head to Disney Quest.

Re: Internet Access
I know there used to be one in Kissimmee, but it closed a while back. I do not know of any others, but I am sure there are some around. You might just want to look in the phone book when you arrive.

Re: Internet Access
I was just in LBV last week - there is a sign along SR 535 about an internet cafe in the area, but I don't recall the specifics. However the answer is YES, there is one in the area, check the online yellow pages, hopefully that will help.
Coranado Springs very often has a bank of computers set up in the convention area for conventioneers to use for free but late at night people walk by and hop on to check email. YES YES I KNOW IT'S WRONG! The only time I ever used them was when we wewre there for a convention my mom was attending and presenting at . . . I had permission from the bigwig, so I didn't break anyone's code of ethics... But yes you should be able to locate an internet cafe nearby. Good luck and enjoy your trip! |
