I have actually done the survey on line alreadly and it is about planning mostly!!!
I liked doing it and it only took a couple of minutes and entered me into a disney sweepstakes!!

I have received several in the last couple of months, one for our stay at Pop Century, and several for our cruise. I also get them at Mouseketrips. I guess they confuse our address with the guests address. The ones I got were about our trip, how we liked the resort, etc.

I received a postcard with a link to an online survey when we returned from CB in August and I received one once before after a stay at A-S Movies. I also did one about a year ago that was tied in with an article n Disney Magazine. Nothing recently, though.

I have gotten these in the past (last couple of years)... there is a code on the post card that you have to enter in order to take the survey. It only takes about 10 minutes to do the survey.

I have been notified by e-mail a couple of times. One was about the NSSHP and the other was about the parks.
I haven't gotten a card in the mail.

We received ours last week and completed it in under 10 mins. We had ordered the vacation planning video earlier in the year and it was in response to that. We have been asked to do several surveys in the past. Actually the times before we were surveyed by a different company for a Disney promotion and were paid $10 per survey completed.
