Upgrade Questions????
How do you go about requesting upgrades at the POLY??
Any suggestions on how to word it?? Does it have to be a catchy song or poem or just a request?? Help!!!!

Sorry I don't know exactly, but I just faxed my request this morning. It was a short simple letter basically stating the room/area we would love to be assigned to. We stayed at AKL last year and had reserved a standard view room (parking lot) and we were upgraded to savannah view without ever asking. So I think if upgrades are available they will give them to you whether you ask or not.

I agree, we never fax/request rooms and have gotten upgraded. Last July we were upgraded from a standard view to a courtyard view at WL. I think if there are rooms to upgrade guests to they will. I like the surprise and the magic that comes from getting something we didn't expect.
