I just asked my client how his stay was at CBR and this is what I got. I know that everyone has their own preferences and all that and sometimes you do not hit it right. Just thought I would pass this on:

"The truth is that we checked in at 1:15 a.m., and
checked out at 2:15 a.m.

The room was awful - two double beds (small double
beds I might add) - very hard at that, we could hear
one guy next door taking a bath, the other person next
door blowing his nose. We asked for a different room
with a king and the manager told me there was nothing
available, even at another resort." (not true) I booked him that day for that night and there were other resorts available.
