I don't blame you, Mears is so huge now the service is terrible. 10 years ago, they had little vans, now they have these huge busses which don't leave until they're full, which can seem like forever when you're dying to get to the mouse!!
I haven't tried Quicksilver, last time we used another towncar service which was also good, but Quicksilver is supposed to be wonderful. Give them a call!

I have to give another vote to Quicksilver tours, if you go to the transportation forum of disneycentral.com you will find some reviews of there service I have used them in the past and they are the best service down here.
