Room Discounts in 2005

Just wondering if there will be room discounts in early 2005 for AP holders. We are going to WDW the last week of Feb and I am buying AP's. I have my room reserved but would like to get a discount on it if possible. Is there any history of discounts at this time of year? thanks

Historically, at least for the last couple of years, there have been AP discounts for Peak season. My guess is that we probably won't see them until January sometime. Keep watching.

I want them for everyone!!!! LOL. Last year we stayed at PC, for a rate of $75 dollars a night. Not bad for peak season.

I am hoping for that too! I want to go during President's week but it depends how good of a discount I can get using my AP!

As of 10-10-04 Mousesavers is reporting room discounts for early 2005 will be out "soon". Joe

Gee, and I am wishing the Summer 2005 discounts to be released soon. I guess I have a real long wait! ;-( sigh.

Royorb1- you can purchase your APs in advance no problem- your "year" doesn't start until you are actually at WDW...

I called WDW today and they told me that I don't even have to have the AP's untill we get to the parks and still take advantage of the AP rates immediately when they come out. Hope I hear about it here right when they come out!!!

I am hoping to come to WDW in 2005. First time in about 17 yrs.
I plan on flying. I want really nice weather so the kids can do the waterparks and pools too. Any suggestions on hotels and flights. I will be coming from NY ( no where near NYC) I was hoping to stay at a Disney Value Resort. I was hoping for April 19 or so, but I am flexible. Any help would be appreciated!

What kind of help are you looking for?

I have stayed at Pop Century, it is the newest of the Values, and cannot accept groups, so you don't have to worry about any large sports groups there.

Discounts for AP holders in 2005 came out today. Code is EWV....I would call right away! I was on the phone with Disney all morning taking care of my clients and everything is going fast!!

These discounts didn't help me. I am checking in on Feb 19. Will there be any discounts for this time? Thanks

Check out www.mousesavers.com. I was on there today and they had just released the discount codes through April I believe. Sounds like some really good deals. I am going to try and find out which is better though. The deal with Disney or AAA prices. Any one know which is better? Thanks in advance!!!
