Does anyone know if the Grand Floridian, Royal Palm Concierge, Honeymoon Suite rooms have balconies? I've read that they have some that are the turret rooms without balconies, but was wondering if there are any with a balcony? Has anyone ever stayed in the honeymoon suite at the GF on the Royal Palm concierge floors? It's all we could get for concierge at GF, so I booked it, but we do like to sit out on the balcony.

I don't know about the honeymoon "suites", but we stayed at the GF in a honeymoon "room" in the main building (concierge) last December. It was one of the honeymoon rooms that has a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, and it was on the 2nd floor. And yes, it had a wonderful balcony. It was decorated in an Alice theme -- absolutely gorgeous!

I hope that my 'suite" vs "room" distinction doesn't seem smart-aleck-y. I honestly don't know whether they have "suites" designated as honemoon rooms, or whether they just call all honeymoon rooms honeymoon "suites". Am I making any sense here, lol?!!

Oh, BTW, we leave for our next trip in 14 days! :)

I'm not sure if there is a difference between the honeymoon room and the honeymoon suite...probably not. I don't think it's actually a suite, like I would think of as a suite...but probably just a term they like to use to make it sound more luxurious than it actually is. I'm hoping it's a nice room, since it was the only room left available on the concierge level at GF.
