AP Room Discounts

I originally booked ASMovies for just me and my GD. My 27 y/o son then decided he wanted to go, so I called and added him to the ressie. When I got the modified conf. it had the room listed in his name instead of mine. Later when the codes came out I upgraded to the WL and at that time told them I would be the one with the AP not my son and to please put the ressie in my name. Again when I got the modified ressie it listed my son as the roomholder. I then called back and split the stay between WL and AKL using the AP's code and again told them I would be the one with the AP and again was told it didn't matter. I just read on another forum that the ressie had to be in the name of the person with the AP. Is that true or does it matter as long as one of you have an AP?

I think you will be fine, the room doesn't have to be in the name of the person with the AP.

I think it just can't be a child's AP because only an adult can make a reservation.
