WDW e-mail address

I had a bad experience at PC this trip. And I am looking for the e-mail address to write to and tell Disney about the problem.

A letter on paper will have much more impact than an email which is easily deleted as "spam."

I'm staying at PC Jan 2-8. Is your bad experience something I should be on guard for?

I agree with the cave man. Emails get round filed but a letter, maybe with CC to headquarters makes an impression.

Re: WDW e-mail address

I am interested too in your experience ..we have stayed at the PC 3 or 4 times and never had any problems at all.
but as Caver said .. a real letter gets much better results.

Re: WDW e-mail address

I will send a letter by snail mail and e-mail just to make sure it gets through.

The bathroom was disgusting, someone had missed the hole when they went to the bathroom and although the top part of the toilet had been cleaned the bottom side of the bowl was brown. And it wasn't just a little bit, I don't see how it could have been missed.

Re: WDW e-mail address

Definately send in a letter or email with your complaint, how it was resolved and how you felt about the resorts resolution of the issue at the time. As a manager who works with customer service on a daily basis, it is good to hear how thing go from the customer. Unless you write to them a tell them, how will they know. I had great success with email. I sent over a note and they did respond. It did take quite a bit of time for the response to come, but they did follow up. Good luck and I certainly hope this did not ruin the magic for you for the rest of your trip.

Re: WDW e-mail address

The last time we stayed at the PC,our room was ready. We put our stuff in the room and went about our way. We got back to our room a few minutes after 10 to find that both my mother's and my key didn't work. We happened to see a CM on a Segway going around and apprised her of the situation. She said she had to go to the pool area to get a master key but would be back. My mother, after a while, began to get antsy and walked down to Classic Hall. Segway girl came back and said that we had requested a room change because the man had knee problems and needed to be on the ground floor. Now keep in mind the last time I checked,I was a woman and so was my mother. I said to her that we were 2 women, and we didn't have a man in our party(worse luck, right??? ha ha). The best we could determine was that the night before, this man was in our room and asked to be moved and the computer never recorded that we were assigned the room. The long and the short of it was we were discounted 20 dollars off the room rate for our inconvenience, but only after my mother complained quite vocally while there were other people watching to see how the Disney people would handle it. I would still stay at PC,because this is the worst thing to ever happen to us while staying there.
