I remember Mickey saying he was hearing it would be a rate that fluctuates between 10 and 30 percent depending on the season. But there would be no blackout dates. That's what I think I remember him saying.

When I got my new AP the little sleeve that lists 2005 discounts said that it was good for "periodic" discounts on rooms. I haven't seen anything listed about disney visa either.

Last year the next set of AP rates didn't come out until the beginning of March. So I wouldn't worry to much until you don't see them after that.
