Summer AP resort discounts

We are planning a trip for this June and I have been looking for when the AP discounts will become available. Does anyone know when they will release them? Thanks for your help.

We're anxiously awaiting too!!! I keep hoping everytime I turn the computer on I'll see something about discouts...I've even logged into DC from work (which is a no-no) to see if they've posted during the day. Yesterday I called WDW to check...still no discounts...they can't keep up waiting much longer, can they???? Ohhhh, I hope they post AP rates tomorrow so we can get on with our planning!!!!

Last year they were released on March 9th.

I check from work several times a day, too. Hopefully soon, but if they follow last years timing, I guess we'll have to keep waiting another few weeks. Hope not though, I want to book WL now!!!

After reading a couple of posts I noticed that the discounts are limited in number. Does that mean I have to call first thing on the very first day? Do they sell out that quickly???

That just gives me more to stress about with this whole discount code thing!

This is what I do. Book your resort now at regular rates. When they announce the AP discount, call ASAP and change your ressie to the new rate. They are limited in number, so if you call right away you have the best selection of resorts to choose from.

Do I need to rebook when the code comes out or will they just discont my rate on an existing ressie? I think I read somewhere that they just apply the discount to your ressie, but you know, I want to make sure I get every step correct. I don't want to mess this up!!!!

when I did it I do think they gave me a new confirmation number,but the rate was adjusted to the new rate.

Yes you need to call first thing in the morning they run out very quickly. I always book in advance and then have the discount code applied when it comes out.

Where are the best places to find these codes? Front page here on DC?? Mousesavers. Am I safe just checking those two spots. I really don't want to miss out. I'm waiting for early Dec. codes. If anyone else is also, and hears about them, please post as soon as you do. I know I will.

I usually make my reservations in May and use my AP and never have I had a problem getting the AP rate.

Yes. Whenever DC first lists discounts, they usually reference mousesavers.
