Best Spot at OKW?
Staying at OKW at the end of April. So many of you have been such a great help. Thank you. I think we want to be on the first floor, so you can walk in easy and have a nice patio. Any thought on what to request. Like to be close to the water or pool. Is the noice too much on the first level?
Thanks, Kimberly ![]() |

Re: Best Spot at OKW?
Noise shouldn't be a problem, although it will be noiser than any of the levels. We stayed in Building 18 last March, it was awesome! We stayed on the third floor, had a GREAT view, and we were near one of the quiet pools and the bus stop. Couldn't be more perfect. Just check out this view! Our studio was in Room # 1831

Re: Best Spot at OKW?
I'm glad you chose OKW - I'm sure you won't be disappointed. We prefer a ground floor suite, too. After being in the parks all day, trudging up three flights of stairs is hard. Also, if you're on the ground floor, the ducks come to visit you every morning.(make sure you have plenty of stale bread). I would recommend the villas on Turtle Pond Road. We've stayed in building 32 in January, it overlooked the golf course and a pond, the bus stop was very close, the tennis courts right across the street, and it was within easy walking distance of Conch Flats. (the main pool).
