Birthday package

Do anyone know if I could ask a resort CM to leave a gift basket in my room for DD's birthday surprise? I am not sure exactly how I will pull this off since it will just be the two of us but I was exploring options. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Yes, you can have gifts put in your room as a surprise. I don't know quite how you arrange it, but someone here will!

Re: Birthday package

You can do a basket through WDW's official florist. I saw pictures of them on here and can't seem to find the link. Also, Gifts of a lifetime can set up something like that for you too.

OMG Gifts of a Lifetime! That's what it was!

Sorry kphil, I just sat here for 20 minutes trying to search engine that place...I couldn't remember the name for anything, but I knew they did cool stuff for birthdays & other special events. Thanks Dana, it was driving me nuts!

Re: Birthday package

www.disneyflorist.com has great bouquets and baskets of goodies that they can have the hotel staff put in your room while you're away! Also, don't forget to let your hotel know about DD's birthday and favorite character -- chances are excellent that she'll get a birthday card signed in INK from that character on her special day!! :) Birthdays are lots of fun at WDW!! Enjoy!

Re: Birthday package

I used Gifts of a Lifetime for our 10 year anniversary. While we were in the park, they came into our room and decorated it and even put out a wedding cake on the table. My wife was really surprised. They even put some pixie dust in the hallway leading to our room. My wife was thinking some kid dropped it.

I would highly recommend calling them. They will do a great job for you.

Re: Birthday package

Aren't they expensive? This is only a weekend trip and I didn't want to spend too much since we are going in 24 days too. I was just hoping to put together a small package for her of some of her favorite items and decorate the room for her.

Re: Birthday package

Gifts of a Lifetime can be expensive, but well worth it!!!!! I ahve never had them decorate a room, but have done two scavenger hunts with them. They are some of our favorite Disney memories.
