Dopey,
I'm sure it will be a great time, but it is expensive to go there at this time, because there are never any discounts out for that time unless you stay there before Dec 24th.

I can imagine that they would actually charge more for that time of year. I cannot wait for your trip report and pictures. Don't forget the pictures.
Will you be there with kid and kaboodle? or is it something romantic?

I know this might sound strange, but I'm single and just came back from WDW a couple weeks ago. I love going to WDW. We will be there for New Year. We are going to be there for christmas too. We will be staying for 3 weeks and arrive before the holiday prices apply, so we should get value rate for the whole trip (fingers crossed).

We hope to be staying at WL untill Jan 1st then go to AKL for the last 5 nights! We don't have firm plans yet, but we do have friends flying out to join us on Dec 27th for the last 10 days! 1 Thing we have decided on is to spend new years eve in Epcot with dinner at the Rose and Crown for about 6 pm so we can enloy new year at the same time as all the folks back home do ( we are from the UK!) and then again at mid-night! The best of both worlds

Give the UK a big hug for me. I used to spend a lot of time there having lived just "across the way" on an island between Denmark and Germany.
