Lost & Found

I just had great service from the WDW Lost & Found Department. We left a pair of pants at PC and didn't even realize it. Yet when we got home, we got a post card a few days later telling us to call. They are going to mail the pants to us free of charge. Very nice customer service IMO!

I totally agree. My DD left her favorite sandals in our room on our last trip. She was so upset, but WDW sent them to us free of charge also. In fact, her shoes beat us home since we spent a week at Universal after we left Disney. No one can touch Disney's wonderful customer service!

Strange that they apparently didn't extend the same pants-retrieving privelege to Donald! LOL

That is so great! I don't know if any company can truly beat Disney for customer service. I hear so many more positive comments than negative.

I had a great experience about a year ago. I lost a pocket knife that I had for years,and I emailed lost and found when we got home and I realized out it was missing. 2 days after sending the email, I got a call from lost and found asking me for a detailed description of the knife. After describing it to them, they said it was found in a ride vehicle on the Kilimanjaro safari, and they would mail it to my home at once! it was great to see that even with Ei$ner running things, you could still rely on the CMs to make you feel good about Disney again.
